Stayed Sep 29, 2023Great spot for visiting Rockaway Beach! Close to everything. Ocean view from balcony. Place was very clean and comfortable, especially with the fireplace. My only suggestion is to fix the kitchen drawers and replace the pull out sofa mattress.

Stayed Sep 10, 2023Was a relaxing stay for sure! Had to call to have the battery in the door replaced but the property on site repairman was quick and friendly! I would recommend the lower screen door on the balcony, having the lower arm that allows the door to be propped open replaced, is rusted and doesn’t want to work well. But a very nice stay, thanks again!
