Beachfront Condo, 1st Floor Ocean View

We had a nice stay overall and the condo met our needs. The location was a highlight close to the beach and easy to access and the decor was lovely.A few things could be improved. The dishwasher was full when we arrived, and we also had to clean a few dusty areas before settling in (the bench at the table hadn’t been wiped in quite some time). Taking care of housekeeping upon arrival after a day of travel wasn’t ideal. The queen mattress felt worn and uneven, and the guest shower head could use an upgrade.Check-in was smooth, though the buildings weren’t clearly labeled, which made it a bit tricky to find ours. Check-out was easy, and we followed the instructions to turn the water off before leaving, though it wasn’t off when we arrived which was a bit confusing.Overall, we enjoyed the area and would stay at this location again, but likely not this specific unit. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured! Loved the ocean view right from the condo and being able to walk right out onto the beach. We’ve stayed at several Sea Colony units and Keith/Amy’s is one of the cleanest and most comfortable. We’d definitely recommend and rent again. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The property was clean. The views were great. Access to the beach was easy and nice. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. We had a great visit!

The unit was beautiful and comfortable. It is spacious, well decorated and maintained.The construction was irritating and we would have been appreciated knowing that beforehand. That obviously was outside the owners’s control. We would definitely book again.

Great Place

Nice place, larger than expected. Plenty of room for our teenage son and grade school daughter. We had an unfortunate timing with the patio being resurfaced so couldn't use the patio furniture and sit out side or the pool out front but there were plenty of other options. would stay again.

This was our second time staying in this unit. It is clean and exactly as described. Great location to walk out to the pool / beach. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location! The beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was also very convenient to have beach towels included in the linen package.

One of the nicest condos we have stayed in at Sea Colony…. Very well maintained…. Very clean. Proximity to pool and beach is an added bonus…especially with little children! Definitely would book again!

Condo was on first floor near pool which made access to pool and beach extremely easy.

This place was extremely clean and felt like a home that was cared for. I have stayed at many rentals and this is by far the most well kept and cleanest one I have stayed at. Usually when you walk into a rental you can tell immediately if it wasn’t cleaned properly, smelled, or was warn. I never thought any of these at any point. Location was perfect with kids, easy access to the beach and pool. If you are looking to stay at Sea Colony, I highly recommend this rental!! We have stayed at Sea Colony before in other units and going forward we will stay here for our Bethany trips!

There was a collective WOW from our family when we opened the sliding glass door blinds of this VRBO and took in the view of the waves breaking upon the shore.THIS is a gem of a property... Beautifully decorated, Well appointed and Location! Location! Location!

The property is exactly as pictured and spotless. The location was a perfect home base for the events we were attending in Rehoboth Beach. We had two adults and older teens and there was plenty of room. We didn't have the best Spring weather, the decor was cheery and had a wonderful view of the ocean through the large sliding glass door. The building was a little hard to find since the canopy with the building name was not up, but that is only temporary. We plan to stay here again!

This was our second stay at Keith’s place and we enjoyed it just as much! Super comfortable, great location, kitchen has everything you might need and very clean!We can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay! I had a very busy week before heading down there and wasn’t quite prepared and bothered our host a couple of times for questions that were already answered in writing. He was very helpful in spite of my being unprepared and made to stay very easy. The place was beautiful and the views of the ocean were amazing! Will definitely look for this property again..

Location is great, lots to do at Bethany boardwalk and between rehoboth and OC. This has to be one of the better/more updated units that I’ve seen in the building, great kitchen and hangout space, very nice bathrooms, updated bedrooms with nice comfy beds and it’s nice the bunk has a full bottom bed and trundle so options for kids. The only “issues” we would say are just inherent to the property: if you arrive after 5pm in the offseason you can only get a temp parking pass and have to go across the street the next morning to get your passes for the pool etc. The heat works great in this unit (we stayed on a cold weekend in December) but because this unit is right above the garage the floor gets a little chilly! But definitely not something that would deter us from staying again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the 5 days we spent over Thanksgiving in this 3-bedroom condo right on the beach. The beds were all comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location was perfect for us. We love the beach off season.

Really liked the place. No real complaints. The patio screen was broken and it was a little inconvenient. Glad we found a fan for the one bedroom without a ceiling fan. Otherwise it was really great! Loved the pool nearby. Waking up to beautiful sunrises was the best!!!! We look forward to coming back.

I have been going to sea colony for 30 years. Now that I have my own kids I can say the convenience of a walk out first floor room is a HUGE bonus! 10/10 for location! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and fit all 6 of us (3adults and 3kids) perfectly. We we very comfortable in this beautiful rental! The owner also is extremely responsive with my previsit questions. I didnt need anything during my stay as everything was provided! Would stay again!
