Beachfront condo 16th floor Hollywood breathtaking view

Great condo that is conveniently located so that we were able to walk everywhere (restaurants, grocery store, Broadwald). The owner also had all the accessories needed for our daily visits to the beach (towels, cooler, umbrella, chairs and cart). The owner was also very responsive to my many questions.

We had such a great time in Hollywood Beach and we owe a lot of that to our host. The property which we stayed at, was very well-maintained, very clean, and located in a perfect spot. We were only about 1 mile away from the boardwalk which we walked every morning for 5 miles. Marc was very helpful and he made our stay very pleasant. We would highly recommend this property and its owner and we hope to be able to do it again.

Marc was a good host. Always answered my questions on time, everything he said and advertised around the condo stay ended up being true. Clean, well-maintained condo, close to the beach, convenient shopping and grocery stores nearby. Boardwalk is near and has great beaches and is also fun! I recommend to book with Marc L.

Marc was a great host and very responsive to all our needs from the get-go. Always looking to please and accommodate us. The property had everything we need to make our stay enjoyable. The property is very clean, full kitchen and nothing was missing, plenty of beach and regular shower towels, beach chairs and umbrella available and the condo was large enough to accommodate 4 people. Laundry room on the same floor, easy access to the parking. Walmart and CVS are 5 minutes away from the property, 2 minutes to the beach. I recommend upgrading the TV's .... although this is a vacation, sometimes we wanted to chill and watch TV. I strongly recommend this property. Thank you Marc

Our stay was outstanding. Accomodations and service(s) plentiful from valet parking, to an amazing concierge staff, key fob(security) pool(6ft depth), gym and beach access.

The condo was updated and well equipped with everything. The building was clean and the staff was great. Marc was an outstanding host who always responded quickly. I would say the view wasn’t good and our patio was closed for construction.

Spent 4 days in Marc's condo and we fully enjoyed ourselves throughout the stay. The location is absolutely perfect if you're looking to have a relaxing time on the beach. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen (for cooking, etc). He also had beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, and other necessities as well for the quick 3 minute walk down to the beach. Marc is fast to respond via message in the app if you need anything or have questions, and he was nice enough to let us check in early which we really appreciated. The view from the balcony is amazing. There is lots of loud active construction going on during the week in the daytime... but we were told about this beforehand, so we just dealt with it. We would recommend this place for others, and we would love to stay here again for future visits to the area.

Great location, about a 30-minute walk to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Nice unit in an older building that is showing its age. It’s getting much needed repairs now, which unfortunately meant I was awakened by jackhammers every morning. Pool is small and gets no sun. Unit did not have shampoo nor soap.

Great location! Beautiful view! Has everything in the kitchen you need to cook. Beach chairs and umbrella for taking to the beach in the closet! Even a cooler was available to use!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location couldn’t be better—everything is within walking distance, including great shopping and plenty of restaurants. The host was excellent with communication.We especially loved how easy it was to get to the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk—just a short 2 Circuit ride away! The area felt safe and convenient, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The host was awesome. He responded quickly to all my questions. The amenities were wonderful close to the beach. The condo is beautiful just like in the pictures a definite 10.

Clean, comfy bed and bed linens. Lovely apartment, easy beach access. Has beach chairs and beach towels for guest use. Great location. Valet parking was easy.

Property was as described, condo was clean and spacious and the owner was great with communication. The only issue was with the property management as they had the hallway carpets cleaned and they were soaking wet as I stepped on the tile floor in front of the elevators, my feet went out from under me and I fell flat on my back. I brought it to the front desk attention, and when we got back, there was wet floor signs as you exited the elevator. Again this was a property management mistake and did not reflect on our unit we were staying in.We will rent from this owner again in the near future. Picture is the view from the balcony.

The property was in a great area right on the beach and a pool. 90% of the staff were amazing and friendly and the other 10 were okay. Within walking distance to several stores and restaurants and driving to others. Host was amazingly communicative and kept the condo tidy and stocked

We had a great experience with this listing, the host was excellent and the amenities were very clean. Access to the beach from the property was exactly what we were looking for. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler were provided by the host which was a plus for us. We’ll be looking to rent this place when we come back!

Property clean condo very up to date and well maintained. Owner very helpful with any questions. Loved the Hollywood boardwalk and our trip to south beach and Fort Lauderdale promenade. Valet parking was a pain in the neck but we were informed ahead of time that this was required.

The unit appears to be recently renovated and the pictures are exactly what you get. Nice side view from the balcony of the beach. There’s a beach bar and restaurant next door with a few others in close proximity. Easy access to the pool and beach and the provided chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. Marc was very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Literally walk right out to the beach. Awesome view. Great amenities- condo has everything you need and more. Owner was great with communication and check in was easy. Condo was clean and nice. Condo building is in need of some renovations, but that’s beyond the scope of the owner. Walking distance to other hotels/bars/restaurants and Publix.

Stayed here with my son, and it was as advertised. Property is a little dated and only one elevator working aside from the freight elevator. Sometimes had to wait for a few minutes, but nothing we couldn't get past. Easy access to the beach, and everything you need is with in walking distance. Unit was perfect and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Marc was a great host, very communicative. We enjoyed our stay however, I think it’s important to share feedback on a few things that we experienced. Feedback: The condo was very generic. Not warm and cozy. It could have been cleaner, seemed like it had been empty for a while. When turned shower on, it was rusty water, everything was dusty, extra linens were dusty. Towels smelled musty. When walking on cold tile your feet would pick up lots of crumbs. The internet failed to work until almost midnight on our last night. You have to pay $30 for a fob even if you never use it, which we didn’t. You have to pay $10 a day for valet parking which wasn’t a bad option and the guys were great to work with, very nice and helpful. The elevator takes forever and didn’t work one day so we had to take stairs, 16 floors up and down. It is very loud at all hours being right on the freeway, hard to get good sleep. No dark curtains in bedroom so sun comes in as well.
