My family and I enjoyed our stay. Unit clean, comfortable and amenities available. The community is nice and quiet, guests and tenants very friendly. Pool right outside our unit, so the little one was happy!

Clean room, close to pool and host had everything ready for front desk to know. Another party was trying to check in and their host didn’t inform the front desk so they had to wait until all that got situated. Good thing they didn’t happen to me.

Host was prompt in their replies and the place was very clean and as described! The wagon was very helpful. There was even an extra beach chair or two and boogie boards on the patio.

Pool was soo close....check out process was easy and everything you needed waa there in the condo!!! Love this place for my family of 4

Our stay on South Padre Island was fantastic. The vacation condominium grounds were reminiscent of the Polynesian Resort at Disney World. The condo itself, though small, was large enough for my wife and me. It was impeccably clean and set up with everything we needed for three fun nights. It is a five-minute walk from the beach. It's also within walking distance of the turtle and bird sanctuaries. The only issue is the door to the bedroom did not latch, but seemed to stay closed regardless. If we return to South Padre Island, we would love to stay here again.

Condo was clean and well appointed. Site had all of the amenities needed. Close to the beach.

Anne was great. Helped us when we had an unfortunate situation and made us feel like we were a priority.

Lovely location! The condo was clean, comfy and well equipped - we especially loved the boogie boards and the cart for the beach. The pool was great and the access to the beach was unparalleled!

The host was extremely responsive and provided the access code well before check in. When the smoke detector began chirping it was fixed quickly. This was a great location and we enjoyed our weekend away.

The condo was clean and as described in the photos/ descriptions. Only one remote worked out of the two for the two TVs which took some troubleshooting to figure out. The thermostat was also locked and couldn’t be changed much. Overall a cute, clean place that was appropriate for our needs!

We had the best time! The condo looks just like the pictures! Our little family of 4 fit perfectly and we had everything we needed. Great location right by the pool and the walk to the beach wasn’t far especially with the help of the beach wagon! Already planning our next stay

The room and location at the Tiki condos were excellent. Great landscapes and family friendly area.

Great place by the beach. Only issue was a few broken items, no working tv, and WiFi would not work .

We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean upon arrival. We liked the location a lot as well. Beds were comfortable.

We had a blast for our short weekend trip to South Padre. We had 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The beach is literally steps away, the complex has 2 pools and restaurants close by. Perfect little oasis!

Prompt responses, very clean and easy to communicate with!

Checking was very easy and clear. We took a beach trip this year for my daughter’s birthday and the condo was perfect! It was decorated very cute but I didn’t feel like I needed to hover over my children so they didn’t break any expensive decorations. It was definitely a family friendly place. The kids loved that the pool was literally right down the stairs and we could get to it quickly. I was able to communicate with Anna easily and she was very responsive.

This was our first trip to SPI, TX. We were there for 9 days.Great property. Great location. Great stay. Would highly recommend. Only drawback is that the condo is privately owned so certain resort amenities, like towel exchange for ex., are not available. Wnd although the resort is beach front, the room itself does not have a view of the beach. These things were inconsequential to us and had no bearing on our vacation. Anne was quick to respond to any/all communications. The Tiki is a great resort and in a great location. We would definitely rent from Anne again.

This accomodations had plenty of room and the kitchen was supplied with cookware needed to prepare meals. The beach is just a short walk away however there is not a beach view from this unit. Also be aware that this unit is located on the second floor and there are no elevators. This became a problem for me since I am disabled so if I stay again it will have to be on the first floor. I do recommend this location, it was easy to park and to get around the island.

They advertise it as recently remodeled, but we thought it was remodeled more than five years ago, some things were broken, like the toulet paper holder, and the stove was inn pretty bad shape.
