BEACHFRONT COMPLEX FULLY RENOVATED 2025 2 BED 2 BATH 2 POOLS & 2 KIDDIE POOLS

This property was amazing. My problem was with Expedia. I will probably not use Expedia again because I didn't get the property I was shown in the picture. The price I was shown prior to booking was significantly lower than when I actually booked and paid

I liked everything about this property. The unit I stayed in was very clean, very well kept, had everything you need & was perfect for a single person or a couple. I was in town to work so I didn’t use amenities but there were plenty of people using the swimming pools, shuffleboards & beach access. The best thing was how clean & quiet the place was. I’m already planning on staying in the same unit next time I’m in New Smyrna Beach!

This property is exactly as pictured in the listing. The balcony is a small one and has a sliver view of the ocean. This unit is street side. This Location has two beautiful pools along with an excellent beach access. There is a nice plaza just a short walk away that contains a great diner, C’s Waffles, a bakery and ice cream shop. There is a fresh market located within that plaza as well. Deb, the owner, was wonderful! She was easy to reach and very quick to respond to our questions. While we were there the entire place was getting a facelift so everything should be brand new and looking good for future guests. The unit had everything in it that we needed. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great location, clean property, well kept and organized

Deb’s instructions were easy to understand, she communicated with us well in advance. The place-I don’t want anyone else to know about it!!! Family of 4, plenty of space, beautiful, clean and homey. Great place to be!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo right on the beach. The location is perfect and on a part of the beach that feels so private and relaxing. The owner, Deb, was very prompt in responding & answering any questions, and made everything so nice for our visit. Checking in and out was a breeze and the unit is located close to elevators making loading & unloading super easy.The unit is beautifully decorated, well stocked and overall pristine. You can tell the owners put much thought & effort into enduring their guests needs are all met. They provided beach chairs, toys for the kids and plenty of towels for the unit and the pool. The Kuerig was appreciated for our morning brew. We will definitely book this unit again in the future! Thank you Deb!

Very nice place to stay. Easy to get to and beach assess is perfect. Pools are nice and the grounds were kept up nicely.

Everything was great! Beautiful location on the beach, super clean condo unit, and the pool area and deck are very nice. The only downside is that there is no shade or umbrellas on the pool deck, except for some tables that are on the far side of the deck, away from the beach. So it is impossible to enjoy the lounge chairs unless one doesn't mind full sun. The owners were very responsive to communication, and clearly have gone to great lengths to make their unit comfortable and inviting! I will hopefully be able to visit here again!

This is our new favorite place! It is so clean and bright! The owner has thought of every amenity you might need. Wifi was great! The pools were clean and the lounge chairs were great too! Deb, the owner communicated well and was timely in replying to any questions I had. It is right on the ocean and that stretch of sand was not too crowded, people were all nice and the beach was super clean. I will be back again!

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The complex is right on the beach, and the pool area is great. We would definitely rent here again.

Very well equipped and furnished. Do not have to bring anything. Seawall construction a bit noisy when at pool.
