We liked being on the upper floor and was very quiet in the hallway. That elevator though is a bit slow however stairs are close in proximity and exercise is good to burn off those calories you seem to endure on vacation 😂

We wished it would have had a couple beach chairs included as we have been staying at Beach Place for the last 15 years and have been flying down for the last 5 years and leave chairs in the unit we stay in for the next people to us and they are never there when we return.

Nice view of bridge and quiet at night for sleeping. All the kitchen gadgets you could want. Also nice to see credit card washer/dryers now

This condo is in a great location - shopping, restaurants, food, pubs/breweries all walkable. Loved the view of the drawbridge! Pretty at night & fun to watch boats & jet skis go through the channel. Pool was heated & clean. Condo was clean. The open spaces/elevators/halls could use updating/cleaning. Didn't impact our stay, but some might find that off-putting. We enjoyed the condo and the location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year in a row staying in this condo. It’s a great location and very nice condo. It wasn’t as clean we felt as last year. But it’s still a wonderful place to stay. I did mention in another review it needs some extra things in the kitchen and we came back from the beach and a couple of the things we said would be nice had been dropped off, I’m assuming by the office staff, for us.
