Beachfront Complex - 2b 2b - Beach Place #501

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dirty, broken, outdated. No help when this was brought to their attention just the same surveys like this.

This condo has an amazing location- you can see St. John's pass/waterway and from the bedroom the gulf. It is a little noisy because you are close to the bridge (that is a draw bridge) and the road- but the view is awesome- you can watch the dolphins from the balcony.

This unit was very well stocked with everything you need and then some. Nice furniture and decor. Directly across street from John’s Pass. Can watch the bridge raise and see the beautiful lights at night from balcony. Pool was nice and clean, along with Tiki tables to relax and cool down at. Would recommend staying at Beach Place for a wonderful vacation. We are looking forward to visiting again next year!

Love having everything across the street from us, gives teenagers the freedom they need and comfort for the parents. No problem with our condo, enjoyed every bit of it. First impression of Unit 501 was it smelled clean and was very clean. Pleased that it was virtually identical to the pictures posted. The kitchen was a highlight. Appliances,counter tops,and cabinets were new and very nice. Good supply of cookware. Nice view of bridge and intercoastal from balcony. Road noise, but not a problem. Pool area was nice. Would have liked a laundry area on site. Overall we were happy with our stay. Would recommend unit 501

One area that needs to be addressed in the complex, is the pool area. Numerous days of young couples drinking beer in the pool. Also large groups coming down to the pool at 9:00 and saving 4, 6, or more chairs with towels, but not actually occupying them until later in the afternoon. Both issues need to be addressed - very inconsiderate.

We had this planed last year, but because of the political flue, we had to cancel. The condo was beautiful, just wish it had been on gulf side. We will try again next year.
