Condo was very nice and we love that we can just walk to John’s Pass. Highly recommend Beach Place. I liked it so much that I have booked a condo in September for girls trip. If you stay at Beach Place you will love it.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo needs updated with fresh paint, windows and especially the bedroom furniture. The master bedroom windows need replaced. I had to check to make sure they weren’t open as the street noise was very loud at night when trying to sleep. The location of the public access lot didn’t help with the noise level in the evening as people seemed to “cruise” the lot. The bedroom lamp would only work when you plugged it in or unplugged it. The master bathroom shower needs to have fixtures updated as well. Was very hard turn the water on and it appeared moldy under the handle. Kitchen was decently stocked.

The location you cannot get much better just across the road from John.s pass

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience was not very pleasant. The beds were horrible. And the noise situation was unbearable sometimes. Your balcony in this particular condo faces a public parking lot for the beach and access to John's pass. Is a very popular fishing spot. The noise like I said was unbearable at times. I think it's time to upgrade the windows and the patio door. Not a very good experience at all. I would not recommend this place.
