I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great time. The only complaint I would have is the water pressure and water temperature in the condo was okay but I think there’s some cleaning of the faucets that might help that part. I tapped m fingernail under the faucet in the smaller bathroom and a lot of black build up came out. Also we’ve stayed here for like 3years now and if you could do a towel swap like mid week that would be great.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience including all communication and check in and out process were flawless. I am a 28 year repeat customer and appreciate the professionalism as always. However, this condo was not in our favorites. The beds were so extremely uncomfortable and low quality. The condo has personal items from previous tenants ( underwear in drawers), baseboards had a thick layer of dust and dirt, bathroom fans did not work and made very loud noises, and there were not enough towels and washcloths for one day, let alone a week which required multiple trips to the laundry. I would definitely book with sunhost again, but this condo needs some updating and cleaning.

Nice not having to drive to restaurants and activities. The jetty and drawbridge was interesting and always gave some thing to watch. Would like to stay again!

Stayed Feb 24, 2024This condo is on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. Pool area is small, but the beach is right there. The unit itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. My only negatives would be with the bedding in both rooms. All comforters had minor stains on them and the mattress in the king room could be replaced. It is definitely worn out. Lastly, the beds are not attached to the headboards. The condo is within easy walking distance to John’s Pass, and other restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return to Beach Place.
