I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at beach place (13th time at a SunHost resort) and it was great as always. We stayed in 203 Beach Place. The place was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Couch was great. And view off the balcony is fun for the kids. (Although loud at times) As always Sunhost staff is super friendly and the grounds are well kept. The parking situation at beach place is always a nightmare and not well done like the other resorts.

Felt secure with access code required to access all areas. Our condo had a view of the bridge and the kids enjoyed watching the bridge open and seeing the boats go through. Only issue was limited parking...a unit that sleeps 8 should have more than 1 parking space.

We wish there was a garbage disposal in the sink and tv remote control in bedrooms so we could set the timer when we retire for the evening. A couple of extra blankets would be nice as my wife gets very cold at night. Condo was very clean and nice looking forward to next year.
