Great condo with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for everyone to spread out comfortably. Convenient location - 5 min drive to downtown/boardwalk and grocery stores are nearby. Kids loved the Wi-fi. Unit is well-maintained, extra clean, and stocked with everything a family needs for a great St. Croix vacation (towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, full kitchen, and washer/dryer). Huge balcony with a view and full-size table that we used for outdoor dining. Pool, spotless gas grill, and grounds are immaculate and professionally maintained by full-time property staff. Lizz (the host/owner) made sure we had all the info we needed regarding the entry gate and getting keys to the unit after our late arrival. Great communication from Lizz - she made herself available for any questions we had, and she had great local/insider advice and recommendations regarding restaurants, best beaches to visit, and excursions. We couldn't ask for more on our first trip to St.Croix, and would absolutely stay here again!

The staff went above and beyond

The property and the pool area was always clean and tidy. Also, the 2 grills were clean and worked very well! We had resiprocity with St Croix Club next door, we found out since the property office person was on vacation for a couple days. So, we went there and were able to get snorkle gear. Also, they have pickelball courts which we found out we could use. We also ate 2 meals at their beachfront restaurant. Lizz the property owner was just awesome. Upon arrival she drove us up to the local grocery store to get a few things for the next couple days. She also informed us that Centerline car rental mid island location was the cheaper and more convienent location to rent a car from since they allow you to return the car to the Airport location. Also, Lizz is worderful as she once had to come in and let us in as the door blew shut and locked us out of the condo. We loved this location and not once used the Air conditioning! The porch is rather large and overlooks the pool and you can also see the bay to the left. We left the bedroom and living room doors open and with the louvered windows in the front opened that created a awesome breeze through the condo. Temperture each day was 82-84f and at night 75-79f and the humidity was down a bit since March is the begnnning of the dry season.

Our host Liz has been amazing! It’s a nice condo! The grounds are immaculately kept! I highly recommend this place!

This was the perfect place for a family vacation with my boys. The pool and ocean literally steps away. Beautiful view from our deck. The master bed was oh so comfortable. Liz was wonderful, and easy to get ahold of with any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Clean, comfortable wonderful time

I have been coming to St Croix since 2021. I have stayed at four different places. This was the best overall location with some great perks. The access and view to the Caribbean. The beach and pool were wonderful. The restaurant next to our condo was wonderful. Coming back for sure.

We had an excellent stay at the condo. The pool was sparkling, condo clean and neat and the snorkeling gear was key to an excellent stay.

We so enjoyed St. Croix and having a wonderful place to stay made it the perfect vacation.

Super host who got on the phone with us when we got lost and gave us turn by turn directions until we got there. Clean condo with a nice pool. Beach directly off property was underwhelming, but short walk to a nicer one. Convenient to grocery stores and Christiansted.

Wonderful place to stay. The entire Colony Cove condo complex is just beautiful. Has a safe cozy feel tucked in with other nice condo complexes. The condo itself was very comfortable, decorated beautiful and had everything we needed. Amazing pool that we spent a lot of time in. Lots of floaty toys for the kids to play with as well. Good access to Christiansted and shopping and many beaches. The condo complex little office had loaner snorkeling gear and staffed during the week. Very helpful to have onsite people to go to. Liz, the owner of this unit was so nice to work with and went beyond the normal to help us out due to our travel issues. Liz, along with Patrick, also work at the complex and take care of so much and keep the grounds beautiful. We would recommend this place to anyone that wants a comfortable and fun place to stay.
