Beachfront Building, Heated Pool. Directly Across from Johns Pass. Activities & Food!

Lovely condo! Clean and well equipped. Owners were very nice and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect park the car and let your feet do the walking. The host was fantastic very responsive to our questions and concerns.

Some items in the property could use updating, but overall was an enjoyable stay!

The condo is dated, but parts of it have been brought up to date. It had everything that one could need the complex itself could've been cleaner. bathroom by the pool was pretty disgusting. Overall, things were very nice.

We were very happy with our condo accommodations and the location of the property! Everything was well maintained and close to so many things to do. The beach and pool were perfect! We will definitely be booking another vacation here!

Wonderful condo right on the beach. The pool was clean with comfy chases, tables and umbrellas . The balcony was stocked with many beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen was roomy and well equipped with cookware ,plates, and dishes .

Unit was equpped with everything you will need for a successful beach day! Cooler, floats, and shade hut.This unit is great location, price,and layout!You won't be disappointed.

A lot of work still going on in complex, as well as surrounding area..no mention of that at booking. Corner unit beach front, is what I thought we had. Our view was looking directly at the complex next door…overall location was close to food and entertainment, that was great.AFTER BOOKING, it was not VRBO, it was ITRIP, communication was not the same…

The property was as listed. Right on the beach, pool, and directly across from John’s Pass. The original security code did not work but I was able to call the number and immediately was given another and everything was good. There was maintenance being done throughout the building but it never interfered with our time there. Definitely recommend.

Perfect condo!

The check in process was easy. No major issues over the week, but based on previous rentals feel it was overpriced at 3K for the week. I’m sure it’s recovery efforts from the storms, but have stayed much better for that price. Rooms were flip flopped for master/guest. The master has 2 beds whereas the guest had the king bed. As the paying adults I expected the master vs giving that room to my kids. Beach chairs were provided, could have used more towels and cooking utensils like a spatula. Overall, conveniently located and right on the beach. Room faces the strip.

Condo was very nice and just as described! Location was perfect with John’s Pass in walking distance. Hist was very easy to contact! Would definitely stay again.

We loved the condo however it was very noisy and we didn’t like facing another building.

Everything was absolutely Perfect with the condo .The only complaint is the jack hammer drilling Monday thru Friday ,at 7:30 am …. But it got us motivated early
