Beachfront Breezes: Third Floor Paradise on Sugar Beach in St. Croix

The condo has beautiful views of the ocean. You have a well manicured private beach. The apartment is well appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. The decor is older, but it is everything you need. The owner even has beach equipment available for use.

This beautiful condo is located in the perfect spot! Waking up to the lovely view and sounds of the sea was magical! Just a few steps to the daily well groomed beach. Minutes from Christiansted shopping and grocery stores. Easy drive to the East or West End being right in the middle. Upon arrival the unit was completely clean and well stocked with essential paper products, towels, beach chairs. The unit manager contacted us on our day of travel before we even landed to give us her contact information and wish us safe travels. We had no issues but it was well appreciated knowing we knew how to get in touch with her if we did. All in all, a very special place where we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!!

Overall, we were very pleased with the property. The view from our 3rd floor balcony was spectacular and it's a very good location, only a short drive to downtown. We loved all the space, it will be hard to go back to a single hotel room for our next vacation. The common area with the pool and community area with the grill were immaculate. The condo was clean but there were some things that could have been cleaner and there were some minor things needing repair. The owner was very easy to contact and was very concerned about things being right for us. The AC was not working, but he got it repaired the same day we told him about it.

You can't beat the location! Nice beach that is groomed daily. Loved view from 3rd floor. Condo was clean, except the upholstery, which is in dire need of cleaning. Beds comfortable. Loved our time in St. Croix!

This is a lovely condo conveniently located on a beautiful beach. It’s a short drive to the boardwalk and grocery shopping. The condo had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. The stay was very comfortable for the whole family!

The property had 100's of cockroaches and the pillows were dark yellow with blood stains. The wifi was out, took over 24 hours to replace a toilet, the ac went out and the host was rude and took 0 responsibility for the issues. The people next door had barking dogs that ended up attacking someone. I would expect at least a partial refund. The views were amazing and the staff were very friendly. We wont be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is comfortable and well laid out. We did have problems with non-working appliances and intermittent Internet. Nice beach and swimming.

Great pool….. nice view …….. wonderful host ….could not ask for a more relaxing vacation. Enjoyed snorkeling and rainbow beach.
