Stayed Nov 8, 2022The proximity to the beach of this property is stunning. You are literally right on the water. The unit itself is clean and has all basic necessities. There are plenty of beach chairs, bogie boards, and beach toys for kids. It would have been nice if beach towels were also provided. We also would have appreciated an extra trash bag and some dish soap to hand wash the glasses that we used as opposed to running the dishwasher. There were a few light fixtures that didn’t work and a couple of the tvs were not in working order. As we were on vacation and not spending a lot of time watching tv, it didn’t affect the overall stay.

Stayed May 21, 2022My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay here. Very warm and cozy condo. The view is spectacular! Spent many hours looking at and listening to beautiful water. Melanie in management went above and beyond. We left a very sentimental item in condo and she mailed it back to us. Thank you so much ?

Stayed Jun 8, 2021Good location. We traveled from St Pete’s to Clearwater Unfortunately we hit right at Red Tide so we couldn’t enjoy beach, but that wasn’t anyone’s fault.

Stayed Jul 18, 2020I was very impressed with the property. It was as described and the check in was great. I would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend. In fact, I already told a friend about it as she is planning a trip here n the next few weeks.
