Stayed Oct 10, 2025Overall beautiful condo, knocking down a couple of stars bc of the A/C not working. Upon arrival, didn’t think too much of the temperature, by later that night realized something was wrong. Communication with management company was great, very responsive, on the dot. We were only there for a short time and the A/C didn’t work the whole time, one person was sun burnt and starting getting too hot one night and sick. I wish the A/C would have worked properly. Overall though very nice condo and location can’t be beat.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025No hot water in the kitchen sink, toilet in master bath did not work properly, 2nd bathroom was missing toilet paper holder, the 3rd bedroom is extremely small, could barely fit suitcase in the room. Elevators on the property kept breaking. Only 3 elevators to start with so sometimes had to wait 30 minutes on an elevator. Only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and I had 5 girls so needless to say I had to buy more and two rolls from the hotel general store cost over 7.00 which is crazy high. Parking pass would not work to let us in or out. We had to leave an Id with the attendant to get a cart to get our luggage to the room. If you stay here bring your own dishwasher soap and trash bags which I was thankful I did. The only thing we liked about our stay was the distance to pier park. We will be staying somewhere else next time for sure.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024The condo was clean and nice. We lived the location. Only issue was the onsite security. I’m a 50 year old woman and sat in the same chair by pool all week. They would ask me 8-10 times a day to show my bracelet. They had a bar and sold nice drinks but then I couldn’t drink it by the pool. I can understand checking the kids but the same adult that many times a day was not relaxing. They even woke me up to ask me. If we would get up to go get a drink or go to bathroom. The security would move your towels off your chairs. But the line for bar was long so it would take sometimes 30-40mins to get a drink. When you would come back your stuff was moved it was beyond frustrating. Almost everyone by the pool was complaining. We were all older adults. Most security was nice but the one lady with dark hair was the one causing it to not be relaxing. The days she was off it was nice.

Stayed Oct 1, 2023Overall great location that needs some attention. Condo needs updates and attention to (plumbing) fixtures. Master shower head is improperly installed and leaks/low pressure. The furniture and mattresses are very outdated and broken down and the 3rd (BR) barely fits the bed in it with no closet. My teen daughter was very uncomfortable in the space all week. We had beautiful days and the views are very nice.

Stayed Sep 10, 2023It was a great area close to shopping and restaurants.The condos shower didn’t have much pressure and the queen bed was so hard no one wanted to sleep on it .Over all it was ok.The young lady at the condo gift store was awesome!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023I loved the location most of all. Walk to shops and restaurants. The views were excellent. The condo could have been cleaned better.
