Great location but room needed a deep clean and some updates.

Love Splash in general. Loved this unit. Beach decor was perfectly executed without being overdone. After having stayed in multiple units I will rave about the quality of the dryer…fast and efficient! Only recommendation to the owners would be a different bedskirt on the master bed because no matter how many times I fixed it, it was laying back on the floor within hours.

This was our 2nd time staying at Splash. The kids love the splash pad and pools, and we all love the location! It's quiet, but still close to restaurants.The condo was nicely decorated, and the bunk beds were perfect for our kiddos. Kitchen was well stocked, though we didn't cook there. My only complaint is that they didn't have even salt and pepper. I get not having lots of spices, but those two are pretty basic. But, all things considered that's a very minor complaint. We would definitely stay here again!

The elevator was hectic to get to where you were trying to go but tge kids enjoyed it so thats what matters

Check in process was super easy. Kind of confusing because of the two buildings but easy to figure out. Room was spacious, could of used a deeper cleaning. Beds were ok. Location was great. Just ride the elevator down to the pool and beach. Be aware beach chair service sets up so if you put your stuff out they will move it.

Excellent location for a family that wants to be able to chose between beach and pool time! Our family of 7 loved the ease of access to the beach and numerous pools for all ages. Definitely would stay here again.

It was perfect for our family vacation. The location is perfect, especially with little ones. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Trying to get an elevator at check-in was awful. You couldn’t find a cart to bring your stuff up. They have everybody checking in at the same time and the elevators are not air-conditioned. You were constantly during your stay, waiting on an elevator. The couch was dirty. The pillow on the couch was visibly dirty. Both chairs were dirty. I they really need to replace both the chairs and the couch. The condo itself is very is nice. The beds are really comfortable. The floors were not mopped and your feet were black after walking around in the condo. The rug was really dirty looking also. It’s a nice place and great location it just needs a few up dates. Room 1102E.

Everything was clean when we arrived, check in process was nonexistent- you just go right up and use your code. You do have to rely on the gift shop to be open when you arrive to get your parking pass- which is $30 extra. The unit itself was as expected. I was surprised it was not super stocked with many dishes, and no beach items to be found in the unit (which was not advertised, but what we typically encounter at condos in pcb). I like that it's further down the strip so you don't have much traffic at all, and a quick right out of the parking garage is an easy drive to back beach road (pcb highway I think it's called now), which is where all the store etc are located. My only 2 complaints are: The master bedroom head board is not flush against the wall, so ANY movement in/out/around the bed creates banging on the wall.. imagine parents surprise when they're on vacation at the kids resort and their only saving grace is stalled by a shaky headboard. :D My second complaint is the dryer shrieking, moaning, metal on metal grinding is not a great addition to background noise. Especially for the ones sleeping in the second bedroom, located right beside the dryer. Even with the door shut it could be heard even in the master bedroom. So just be aware of that before doing super early or late laundry.
