The condo was exactly as advertised! We had a great week and would definitely come again! The view is absolutely beautiful!

Great place in a fantastic location. Directly on the beach and super easy to get from the place to the beach. Place includes all the things necessary to stay in and cook.

Good location and the size of place we needed for 5 people. Great view. Right on the beach and a nice pool on the property. I found several things broken - gate to beach, shower on the way to beach and a few other things. I was surprised the property didn't have beach towels as it is right on the beach. I found the rooms a bit dirty. I dropped a pair of socks behind a dresser, and when I moved the dresser, there was a lot of dirt/dust on the floor. I had to move the bed to reach an outlet and again a lot of dirt and dust. I don't think the color of the grout is that color.

The condo was spacious, and although it didn't have a balcony, we could see the ocean and had fun 'people' watching when we were relaxing inside. The kitchen was full of anything you needed to use. The restaurants were all very close. We walked to a lot of them. We felt very safe as there were codes everywhere in and around the condo. It's a beautiful beach. I absolutely loved the girl down in the office and fell in love with her frenchie, Nahla...lol... We were happy that it said there were beach chairs, and umbrella to use , so we didn't have to purchase those, however, the umbrella was so rusted that it broke off the bottom and about an inch came off, and was very hard to close. There were 2 chairs unusable, so they should probably be thrown out. If I were the owner of that condo, I would definitely be doing some updating compared to the other condos on site. It has 80'90's tile I don't think it has been mopped for quite some time. The first night we walked around inside , my feet were almost black, and I had to wash them before I jumped in bed. I'll note that I was wearing socks/tennis shoes when I got there, and took them off at the door. The microwave is outdated, and it needs a new light. In the main bedroom w/ bathroom, there was 'pillage' on the sheets, so you know they have been used a long time.I wish the lightswitch in the 1st/ 2nd bedrooms turned the lights on, but you have to go through the dark to turn the lamp on. Some updating would get 5/5.

This condo was extremely well supplied. It was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The ocean view was incredible. It was not obstructed any way. Every night we watched the sunset. The pool was very clean and well kept. The condo was clean. The reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness is due to the bathroom in the master bedroom. It smelled of mildew. When I dropped something and bent to pick it up I noticed mildew on the underside of the toilet. Also the walk in shower had a bit of mold on the slider rail at the bottom of the shower door. I really think this was just something overlooked by the cleaning staff. The rest was very clean. I would recommend staying here and would certainly stay here again.

clean, great beach view and great location - close to lots of restaurants as well as a few within walking distance (grandkids loved the ice cream parlour). Pool was a welcomed treat - warm especially when we had a few days really windy and cold weather to be sitting on the beach. Overall would recommend this condo.Dorva H.

Rooms/kitchen were clean and king bed/pillows were super comfortable. Living room/dining super comfortable with outstanding Gulf views. From reservation process to arrival to leaving (unfortunately) everything was great.

The place was perfect for us.. The location was great. The view of the ocean was beautiful.

The place was very welcoming!! Everything was as the app said it was as far as bedding and towels. There were only 6 bath towels so we had to do laundry more than we planned on. The pictures on the app need to be updated because things have changed. Overall I would recommend to anyone and we plan on being back!!

Great beach view from livingroom, no baclony but still a great view every night. Good condo for family, safe, ok for the price.

Everything was wonderful except we booked a 3 bedroom condo as there were 3 couples going and they only provided parking passes for 2 vehicles. The 3rd couple ended up having to park in a parking garage costing an additional 240 for the 4 nights.

This was our first time staying here for our family beach vacation. The place was nice. It came with all you needed to cook with in the kitchen. If you plan on using the grill, it's a bit of a hike to go back and forth to cook so we decided not to use the grill. The view was spectacular. I highly enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning while looking at the beach. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clear on the top but very cloudy on the bottom to the point when my child went under water in the shallow end, I literally could not even see him anymore. We didn't go back in after that and just stuck to the beach. I wish the pool was in better condition but as far as the room we stayed in, we were very happy.

Great location. Seemed like a lot for us to do in the check out requirements. Floors were sandy from day one.We did not go on the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay. Love the pool and the easy, close access to the beach. Wish there was a ceiling light in main bedroom and more comfortable bed in second bedroom. Highly recommended. Very close to all types of restaurants.

The day we flew out to Tampa it was 7 degrees in Maine. We landed in Tampa and it was in the 80s. The weather was great and you cant ask for nicer beaches. This condo is right on the beach. There are also many other attractions in the area like state parks, fishing, botanical gardens, shops, and restaurants. I would have stayed another month if I could have
