Stayed Apr 25, 2025The location is amazing, however EVERYTHING in UNIT 501 is BROKEN!!!! We planned to have 6 sleep there, impossible as the pull-out couch was destroyed! We didn't even have a couch to sit in while we were there. We could only SLEEP 4 and so the others had to find different lodging! Property manager and maintenance came and were pleasant but said - sorry - owners won't fix anything, they already knew everything was broken! Microwave broken, blinds broken, coffee machine broken, dishes and mugs broken - we were afraid to touch anything because we didn't want to get blamed for breaking things in the unit. There was also no extra blankets or pillows for sleeping - we had to use beach towels that we had bought until some local friends brought us blankets and pillows. The location is perfect and directly on the beach, beautiful sunset pics! But as long as you plan to stay outside most of the day you will be fine here, just don't invite more than 4 people and bring your own everything for sleeping.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025This unit is extremely dated and it was very obvious the owner does not reinvest any income into improving the unit. Furniture cushions were stained and filthy. It needs a total renovation and cleaning. Blinds in master bedroom were broken and management said that the owner is responsible for replacing. We had to hang a towel over the window during our entire stay. The elevator made a horrible noise when it arrived on our floor. The views are beautiful and location of this unit are convenient to area attractions but would not rent again due to condition of interior of unit.
