Beachfront Balcony Bliss-Newly remodeled Penthouse

Excellent property! Newly renovated, top floor, end unit with excellent sunset views. Balcony is large with very comfortable lounge chairs and dining table to enjoy the ocean views, dolphin pods, jet skiers and beach parties down below. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable, each with private bathrooms, and 3 amazingly comfortable King beds (we didn't even use the one bedroom with 4 bunk beds). The host is extremely responsive and provided all the important details we needed for the perfect vacation!

We wanted a perfect yet simple place to getaway for an extended weekend to celebrate our bride. We’re not the partying type, just needed the beach, food, and a place to relax, laugh and make good memories. Anytime we had a question, concern, or issue, it was always handled promptly and with such kindness and grace. Cameron was incredible giving us the perfect suggestions for our trip and anything else we needed! Thank you so so much and can not wait to rent from you again in the future!!

This place was perfect for us. So clean and they have literally everything u need in the kitchen to make a meal. We came down for a baseball tournament and we actually cooked dinner in the slow cooker.. yes.. they even have a slow cooker! I also had questions and as soon as i sent a message they responded.. great customer service! Beach was gorgeous and even renting the beach chairs was so easy. We will definitely be coming back

Due to flight cancelation we weren't able to stay at the property. However we had great communication from the owners. They answered any communication I had with them very quickly. They also gave us ideas for restaurants and amusements for our stay.

We came to Panama City Beach for our daughter who was playing in the All American Softball Games. The field was 8 minutes away from the condo! The condo was centrally located to pretty much everything! The condo is exactly as described! Well equipped and the beds are the most comfortable! It was cold while we were visiting but the balcony is huge and a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail! Thank you to The owners for always being so responsive.

Great place. Room was well decorated and stocked. Floorplan was perfect for multiple families. Furniture on balcony was perfect.

Condo was very spacious, every room has it’s own bathroom. Myself, my parents, my siblings and their families all shared this space and had plenty of room. The balcony was large enough for all of us and had a beautiful view! There are tons of restaurants and attractions very close by. There is one reserved spot for this room under the parking deck of this condo, and a very small overflow lot across the street, also public parking. Beach access was very easy, there is also a gated pool and hot tub, with restrooms so you don’t have to walk all the way to the room which is on the very top floor with an amazing view! I would definitely stay here again!

This condo has everything you need for a great beach vacation. The host response time is fast and accurate. They have beach chairs, beach toys, and all the things you need to prepare a meal in the kitchen. Each room has a private bathroom and the balcony is so big and spacious. The beds are super comfortable. My mom was so happy about the bed because she has back problems. The patio furniture was comfortable also. My husband actually fell asleep out there. Owner provides enough parking for 3 cars. Condo is near everything you need. Wal-mart is in walking distance also waffles house and many other restaurants. I will definitely book again.
