Beachfront 8th FL 3 bed at Beach Villas Ko Olina beautiful ocean views! OT821

Villa was perfect for our family of 6, plenty of room and areas to enjoy. Jack was attentive and detailed, he walked us through the property and villa. Jack explained everything to us and was easily available for questions. The property was well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty to do around the property and lagoons. We loved the koi ponds and the almost private lagoon. Ko Olina is a great place to stay as a family. We rented a car, so the assigned parking was helpful, and there are plenty of stores, theaters, and restaurants near by.1 thing to note, one of the burners on the stove is not working, and the child lock had issues when using stove. These were noted to Jack. Overall the villa is very sound proof, almost never heard neighbors and barely heard eachother at different areas of the villa. Very peaceful place.The lenai was wonderful with a full view of the pools up to the beach. We would book again for sure!

Tiffany is an amazing host. She reached out to us before we arrived to explain check-in. She responded quickly with any questions. Unit was well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay at the beach Villas again and look forward to renting from Tiffany again.

Tiffany is awesomeThe primary room ceiling fan is making noise and the AC is loud The fridge door is hard to open : great suction Knives were dull Primary shower smelled mildewy Dryer takes a long time to dry clothes Will be nice to have a dining table in the balcony. I prefer the beach tower than the ocean( more privacy)The best part of our vacation is that my children had a great time at the pool and beach.

Our host, Tiffany was great. She did an excellent job at getting us checked in and showed us around and she even let us check out late. The resort was better than expected. The unit we stayed in was nice, new and very clean. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return very soon.

Wonderful property! The grounds were gorgeous, the lagoon was fantastic and uncrowded, and the staff was friendly.The location is beautiful. We never had to leave the Kapolei area.

This property didn't disappoint! The space was large enough for us to have 5 people stay and not be on top of each other. Beautiful views and property. Staff was helpful and very welcoming. Excellent communication in the booking process, check-in and check out. I would definitely stay at this location again.

This was our 7th time in 3 years staying at the Ko Olina Villas. This time was exceptional due to Tiffany that made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay! The sunsets from the 8th floor were incredible and our time in the lagoon and by the pool were perfect!!! We will be back soon! ALOHA!!!

This condo has it all. Beautiful views of the beach and beautiful property. Had enough space for our entire family, was well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in process was easy and appreciated the help unloading and condo tour upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Friendly staff beautiful villa perfect mix of quiet and fun!! Beach steps away and a quiet lagoon for swimming and snorkeling.

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had everything as advertised & everything we needed. We were very comfortable. Grills were easy to cook on, pools excellent....absolutely wonderful experience. THANK YOU
