The view was amazing! I loved that the facility had a nice indoor and outdoor pool. This condo is close to tons of restaurants and shopping. I will be back for sure!

Girl birthday weekend! We had the best time and communication with the owners was fabulous. I will be booking again soon for a trip with my husband! Great location!!

Great condo

Overall, our stay was wonderful! The condo has a very “beachy” feel. We loved the balcony and appreciated the high top table and chairs for a clear view of the Gulf of Mexico! The pool is expansive and highlighted by the bridge waterfall.We were disappointed to find that the spa whirlpool was under construction, along with the indoor pool. Also, when we booked the unit, the parking fee was 55, and upon check-in, we had to pay 70. The owner texted after we arrived to see how check-in went, and we informed him of the increased parking fee, and here is his reply, “The parking fee is set by our HOA and has recently raised without our knowledge. Sorry. Let me know if there’s anything I can do to make it right with you.” In hindsight, we should have said that the original price should be honored, but we were in vacation mode and didn’t want to quibble about 15. In addition, there was construction in the pool area, and on the balcony of the unit we rented. One morning, we had to leave the balcony so the work could be completed. We absolutely understand that maintenance needs to be done, however, we feel the owner should’ve communicated this so we were aware of it.We realize that VRBO is self-serving but found this unit lacking in amenities based on others we’ve stayed at i.e., (1) roll of Boulder paper towel from the Dollar Store, a sponge but no dish soap, and not even a box of tissue.

We have stayed here before so we knew it would be excellent and it did not disappoint!

We had a great experience. We appreciated the ocean front view and well stocked kitchen cabinets. There was some construction on the outside of the building that produced noise so we usually scheduled our day in a way that we were out of the unit during the busy hours. The unit itself is perfect. Provides everything to ensure perfect vacation.

Loved this place! Nice view of the ocean. Comfy bed and furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. You have the ocean, pools, indoor and out, pickle ball courts to use. Close to shopping.Owners were quick to respond with questions and very nice!. Will be coming back!

The room was great! Next time I will bring my own pillow though. They were kind of flat. Tried stacking 2 but it was too high.

The Condo was very clean and the view from the balcony was great. Enjoyed the hightop balcony table allowing a perfect ocean view.

The host was very accommodating and helpful. We had an issue and the owner promptly took care of it. We will definitely be going back!

Hosts are great people and we have stayed at their unit several times. Home away from home.

Host communication was efficient and accurate. Everything went as expected. Very clean. Having a washer/dryer right in the unit was nice.

Perfect spot for the two of us were relaxing getaway. The weather was absolutely beautiful. We so enjoyed our time on the deck, walks on the beach and the beautiful pool area.

Check in at different location was silly, wasn’t given wristbands and didn’t know those were needed until we were approached by security asking to see them. So we had to make another trip to different location to pick those up. Condo was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was in terrible shape! You couldn’t see the phoenix logo in the pool due to cloudiness and bugs and trash floating made you not want to enter the water. Chairs and so low with very few to accommodate the elderly or those with health issues. No umbrellas for shade and only 3 chairs. I understand this isn’t the owners responsibility but for the price we pay, HOA should be on top of these issues. When it was brought to security walking around they said oh it wouldn’t help to clean. No details to show what and where the amenities were located. Paying for parking and you have so many empty Owner spots was excessive to us. Balcony furniture was nice, my husband enjoyed the comfort of that. Washing machine was LOUD.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view of the ocean right from the balcony. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and walking the beach. The hosts were attentive and even checked in with us when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The location, view, and comfort made this a perfect beach getaway. Highly recommend!

We don't normally vacation in OB, so the area was new to both me and my husband. We had no idea where we were booking and luckily the location was convenient to pretty much everything. The condo was clean and as listed - no complaints at all with the unit. The complex is older and needs updating in my opinion with all the other available choices in the area. Would recommend this unit.

A spur of the moment trip to enjoy the beach. The condo was ideal for my wife and me. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

It was just my husband and I on this beach trip and the condo was the perfect size. Loved the decor and the balcony. It was a very nice place to stay.

Husband and I spent 5 nights at Matt's condo. The condo is beautiful, well decorated. Bed very comfortable. Shower, awesome. The condo was very clean. And the views - incredible! We really enjoyed our time there. I would recommend you bring your own beach towels. And, the umbrellas and chairs for the beach are a rental on the beach. We would definitely visit again!

Love the location, enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to stay but won’t be the last.

Unfortunately we had to move out due to the noise from hurricane proof windows being installed. However, the owner and Vrbo gave us a full refund! This was the 3rd year we rented this unit and will rent it again!! It’s a beautiful unit in a great location!

The unit was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed our time together and had a very restful stay. We will definitely check on this unit the next time we visit Orange Beach. Thank you for an enjoyable visit.

The unit worked very well for a couple — well furnished and comfortable. Location also good and view from balcony was nice. The building itself is a little bit older and some of the building amenities are not as nice as at other newer buildings. Some renovation work was going on while we were there - replacing some windows, I believe - and it wasn’t too bad. Weather was too cold to use outdoor pools or grills - so can’t comment on those amenities. Used the workout room several times and all the equipment was in working order. The indoor pool seemed a little small, but I didn’t use it, so can’t comment on water temp, etc. If you’re looking for a 1 bedroom unit, this property is a good choice.

It was a beautiful week for us. The condo is just as described and pictures a very accurate. Very clean and kitchen is fully stocked with utensils/pan/pots/etc. Location is excellent with many restaurants nearby and Walmart & Publix close as well. Owner responded to my questions promptly. There is alot of construction going on but these workers were always courteous and respectful. Beach is clean! Staff at facility were nice and helpful with questions. Owner even allowed us to stay on extra night due to weather. Would highly recommended and definitely would return!

This property was a perfect home away from home. Everything you needed and great beach access. The view was amazing and the beaches were so clean. We will be back!!

Actually did not stay. Due to a once in a century snow event, we could not reach our destination. Owner’s refunded our stay. Very appreciated. We will definitely book with these owners again. They are caring individuals.

The condo is beautiful! Wonderful location and perfect for a get away! Only suggestion would be some thicker blankets /comforter- it was in the 20s while I was there , which I know is not the norm

Very relaxing and quiet.

The property was very clean and the views were amazing! The only issue is that it appears that one parking pass is included with your stay. However, that is not the case and there is an $55 parking pass cost at check-in. Not a huge issue, just wish the listing was a little clearer about parking.

Property was very nice a better understanding of needing to rent beach chairs would have been nice. Places we have stayed on other beach's provided chairs. Bring your own chair if you don't want to rent would be nice to see in description of amenities. Also put a key drop box for early checkout in Building you're staying in.
