Beachfront 3BR with water slide! New to the Rental Market!!

The property was amazing and just as it was listed. The room was clean when we arrived. The beach view was INCREDIBLE! The only thing that was hard for our group was check-in and -out times. The check-in seems a little late so part of our group had to hang out with friends until we could get in. We were also a little rushed on the morning we left (traveling with two toddlers). I realize the cleaning crew have a lot of properties to take care of but an hour or two either way would have been great. All in all, an awesome trip for our family! We would return to this property, without a doubt!!

Condo was spectacular! Very clean. View was magnificent. Condo doesn’t supply any beach supplies. Would suggest condo supply some items - i.e. beach blanket, tent, chairs, some beach toys for kids. Building and pool area were nice options to beach.

Loved this condo! Would definitely stay here again! Pros: kitchen was well stocked, ice maker in fridge worked great, nice big storage closet for our sand chairs, updated decor, comfy beds, great views, quiet. Cons: patio furniture could have been better (would have been nice to have a sofa like some of the others), floor was dirty,

The condo was beautiful and very spacious! The view was perfect. It was easy to get checked in, parking was good, and always carts available. My only recommendation is that it’s time for a new mattress in the master bedroom. At least when you can’t sleep because of the mattress, the view of the moon on the water while you lay there was breathtaking!

The only problem was evidently when the cleaners cleaned, they had the balcony door open and it took us 2 days to get rid of all the moths. Furniture could use some upholstery cleaner. Other than that it was beautiful.

The only thing wrong was the water that comes from the refrigerator camw out very slowly...a trickle. That was frustrating. Other than that things were so nice. The condo was equipped with most everything we would need, especiallythe kitchen. I would suggest measuring spoons, a whisk and a cast iron griddle and fry pan.

Everything was great. My stay included multi generations and there was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing or for everyone to gather together.

The only issue we have is we issue there was more to do that didn't require driving anywhere so much. Walking to restaurants was not to bad but I couldn't see young kids take the walk. But other than that we had a great time. Would definitely recommend this place.

Really nice condo, we enjoyed it all. Had all the extra nice dishes, cookware and everything else.

Beautiful setting and unit, spacious and comfortable. Great beach, good location. Parking wasn't an issue. Excellent response from the manager (owner?). We had a wonderful time.

Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a major plus. Views of the beach were breathtaking. Everything was clean. Our only complaint was the appliances. The living room TV appeared to be losing its color but wasn’t a big deal (the guys just wanted to watch football), the ice machine appeared dirty inside but made plenty of ice for our coolers, and lastly, the washer and dryer are terrible and need replaced. Clothes would be dripping wet and would require an extra drain and spin cycle then the dryer would still take 3 cycles to fully dry. None of these things were deal breakers but are definitely luxuries that come in handy with large families with little kids. Overall we had a great time!
