Was a great stay

We had a great stay this past week. The owners checked in to see if we needed anything. Pool area was nice and clean. Condo was equipped with everything that we needed. Area is a quieter area so it's nice if you want a relaxing vacation.

Celebrated Grandaughters 16th birthday, proximity to beach & pool was great. Loved the beach goods that we used at the beach. Location worked perfectly for us. Thank You

We loved our stay! Everything as described was . We absolutely loved our stay at the condo! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, plus coffee, which was a great bonus. The views from the room were stunning, and the sunsets were truly beautiful. It made for such a relaxing and memorable getaway!The landlord was very communicative, responsive to any questions we had, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay.

Our stay was amazing! Eric and Jenn went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed...and even threw in some unexpected and much appreciated chocolate cupcakes! They made it easy to focus on having a wonderful vacation! Highest recommendations to anyone seeking a Florida/Clearwater/St Pete beach vacation!

Our condo was very nice and had plenty of room for all of us along with the amenities we needed. Eric was very helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed on more than one occasion and that everything was to our satisfaction. Quiet area that we stayed footsteps to the beach It was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation. We will be back.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay! Each day, we walked out on the beach early and gathered shells thanks to the great location! It’s also very close to everything. The condo was clean and host was extremely communicative.

As always dealing with Eric and Jen makes for a great vacation stay. The condo is clean, with all of the necessities and amazing location as well. One of favorite vacation places and we will continue to come back.

We had an incredible stay at this beach condo and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing host. From the moment we booked the communication was top-notch -- prompt, clear and incredibly helpful. Every question we had was answered quickly and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests experience. Property was spotless, well equipped and exactly as described. View from porch, as well as the short walk to the beach was better than expected. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. We can't recommend this rental highly enough and will be returning. So glad we chose this for our family vacation!

Eric and Jen was wonderful, the condo was perfect, fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, kitchen and comfort. Pool area was nice with lots of chairs and gas grills. This condo was perfect for our family of 7.

Eric and Jen were perfect hosts! Just a text away. We loved the condo and how it over looked the pool. The balcony was a perfect place to relax while listening and watching the ocean! The condo was just as described and was filled with so many helpful items to aide a day on the beach, making meals, and to accommodate our grandchildren on a rainy inside day. We loved how close it was to John’s Pass. We especially enjoyed the Pirate’s Voyage and shopping. The Conch Republic was our favorite restaurant. We were very happy with our accommodations and overall experience when we stayed at this condo. Plenty of room for all of us - beautiful beach. Awesome communication from our hosts . We’ve been all over FL and we’d stay there again .

It was a good stay for our family of 11. Host was awesome! He even took me fishing one morning! Super responsive!

The condo was an easy 25min drive from PIE (which was smaller and much easier than past experiences at TPA). We enjoyed the options of pool and ocean at different times of the day and never found either too crowded. The Gulf was really warm and comfortable for swimming and playing in the waves. We appreciated the good quality beach towels, chairs (including the owners replacing 2 right away that we found were broken), and umbrella that were available for use in the condo (plus other beach toys). With 5 people, we found it helpful having two showers and a washer/dryer in the condo. For other activities, we drove to Busch Gardens one day, did a great dolphin/sunset boat trip on Little Toot from Clearwater Marina, Dali Museum in St Pete and mini-golf in Indian Rocks Beach. A great week with excellent hosts!

Overall the property was nice. The beach was really close! Rooms were nice.

The property owners went out of their way to check in on us, ensuring a smooth check-in. The location is great and the unit came stocked with more items than we are typically used to. We would definitely stay here again!!

A very nice condo unit in a well kept building fronting a quiet beach. The pool and hot tub are not large, but heated just right. The pool area is very large with plenty of room for guests to sunbath. The location is great, with easy driving access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. All in all, a very good place for a vacation.

We had a month long stay which gave us an opportunity for quality family time. The condo was clean, comfortable and the hosts provided all possible necessities. Great pool and beach access. Owners were always available.

Good-sized condo with all the amenities we needed. Was a little surprised that some beds listed were bunk beds but they worked for us.

We really enjoyed this rental. The beach was quiet and the rental had everything we needed to enjoy it. Including beach chairs, toys, and baby floats for the pool. The rental itself was very clean and had very comfortable beds.

Great accommodations. Pool and hot tub were a favorite for our grandkids. Trolley close by. Very comfortable beds. The hosta were amazing. Even brought us yummy cupcakes. Great location with views of the gulf. Shelling was the best I have seen. Would definitely stay again.

We found this unit at the last minute due to our usual condo being unavailable because of the hurricanes. Eric was very helpful and nice. He takes great care of the condo and the complex. We enjoyed our week there at the pool and on the balcony. The sunsets were amazing as well. Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. He even contacted us mid stay to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend!

Our family recently stayed at Eric and Jenn's Gulf Front Oasis. Spectacular may be the best way to describe our stay. After the sand settled from back to back hurricanes, our families go-to vacation spot was destroyed and our renter would not refund our stay. This is a family trip we take yearly and our adult kids love the area. We look forward to this annual get-a-way for sunshine and fun. We met Eric through word of mouth from other resorts in the area. He bent over backwards to help us with our family's traditional vacation. This beach rental was awesome, it's a home away from home. The three bedroom unit was a great fit for us and our adult kids. When you walk in the door, it feels like home. It's open, inviting, and very clean. It is supplied with damn near everything you would need in a kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious, clean, and have very comfortable beds. The view....... breathtaking. There was nothing better than waking up to beautiful sunrises with coffee on the balcony. The amenities are great. Large pool, hot tub, barbeque area, and very spacious area to lounge in the sun. Best of all..... steps to the pristine white sand beach and the gorgeous waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Eric was a great host and a better human being. He extend our stay to help us out, checked on us and any needs we may have had and made our trip one to remember. We will be looking to return again for future stays. Thank You Eric and Jenn, for making this trip such a memory for our family.

This condo was the highlight of our Florida beach vacation! The cleanliness, location and easy checkin made it great! Eric and Tony were very responsive to our every need and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.
