Some updated dressers for storage of clothing are needed. Or maybe just repairing the current dressers The knobs on the dressers were missing, that made it difficult to store clothing in the dressers. We would used the closet in place of the dressers, however we forget to bring hangers. The property is beautiful. Maybe some more comfortable patio furniture. The place was beautiful.

Super nice, we enjoyed it. I recommend this rental.

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and as described. We had an unobstructed view of the gulf and access to the beach was easy. We would stay here again!

This was my first time stay at the Phoenix III and it was a great experience. I communicated with the host and they were within a few mintues replying back.The condo was clean, and the beds was comfortable.The view was amazing!! I will highly recommend The Phoenix.

Loved the location and being right on the beach. The outside pool was closed the whole week but what’s great is you can use the other buildings pools. Will rebook if we do come back down!

Fabulous view! The unit had everything we needed. Steps to the beach, heated indoor pool, workout facility, and close to shopping. We enjoyed the layout of the unit, with the two rooms separated and each having their own bathroom.

My father lost his wife 10 months ago and moved in with us. He has never seen the ocean before. My husbands mother had brain surgery and is now 70 and him and her has never been to the ocean together. Our 2 oldest grandkids live with us and has never been to the ocean. This is the same beach and condos we stayed in 10 years ago when we found out we was going to become grandparents. So this beach and condos felt like the right place to go back to with our grandkids and my father and his mother. We made beautiful memories this past week. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful place.

Very clean, comfortable condo! We had a perfect trip excited to stay again next year! The phoenix condos have lots of amenities and even have security walking the property. Condo is close to everything and has a beautiful beach view.

Excellent place to stay!!

It was incredible. This was our first time taking a week-long family vacation, not to mention going to a beach for vacation. Our kids enjoyed every minute of it. Memories made we will never forget. This isn’t something usually in our budget, but someone told me that you can always make more money, but you’re limited on time to make memories.

We had a wonderful time! Check-in was easy. Condo was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfy! View was amazing, and beach couldn't have been more perfect! The only suggestion I'd offer is to provide some of the basics, like shampoo, conditioner, more than one laundry and dishwasher pod, etc. I cannot recall the last rental that hasn't provided these items. We were a little annoyed to have to run to Walmart for shampoo and conditioner especially. Not a game changer... but would be nice to include the basics. Beach towels would also be handy - another unexpected purchase, as we didn't want to use the bathroom towels. Other than that, we fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4.

The property was extremely clean, the room was very cozy with such a beautiful view of the beach. Will certainly be back again.

Great place to stay. Only issue was some guests being to loud down at the pool for a couple hours but that's no fault to the booking. Would highly recommend.

Condo was close to everything we wanted to do and owners were quick to respond to questions .

We went down for a short vacation. The property was nice. The only problem we encountered was the fan in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working and it got extremely hot in there at night.

Oceans view place was clean a good place to stay

Every thing was great. We had a wonderful time just hanging on the balcony soaking in the million dollar view.

Came to Sand in my Boots fest and the location of the condo was perfect!! Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Communication with the owners were great!! The only issue we had was the ceiling fan was not working in one of the bedrooms but other than that it was all good!! Great hosts great condo!!

Nice for an older property. They were doing concrete repairs above us so very noisy during the day. Had an issue with the door lock, which was unfortunate, but the owner and front desk worked together to help out. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable. Perfect view!!

This property and condo is in a great, safe location. Lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. Some within walking distance. The condo was great! Clean, with nice amenities and a beautiful view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this location to any future beach goers.

Overall experience good, but that darn trashcan with the metal bar instead of the foot pedal it's supposed to have was literally a pain on my foot. W

This is our third consecutive year to rent a beach condo in the Gulf Shores area. This unit is our new favorite based upon location, size, and facility amenities.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach! The host was very easy to reach and responded promptly. The view is awesome!!

Everything was great

We visited in January for a little girls getaway. The weather was mild and the pace for the area was slow but it was perfect for what we were looking for. Location of condo was perfect. The beautiful beach is footsteps away and all activities we wanted to do were a 10 minute drive or less. I'm excited to bring my family back some day. Host was very kind and extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The property owner was very responsive when I had a few extra questions about check-in. The unit was nice and clean!

Our family had a great vacation staying in this awesome condo. The hosts made sure our check in and check out were smooth. This is an awesome condo to stay in with lots of rooms and amenities. It has a great beach view balcony where you can hang out and listen to the ocean.

This property lacks nothing! The space is utilized very well and beautifully decorated. Although it rained a lot of our stay, the indoor pool, racquetball court and hot tubs kept us occupied. I highly recommend this unit!

I enjoyed the stay. The condo is clean with a modern kitchen, and decorated tastefully. The main bedroom has a very nice tiled shower.

Easy to get find, getting in and out of the complex was great. The place was clean and every one was very helpful with anything that we needed, which was very little. We have decided we might like to make this a yearly event with our daughter, who lives in Huntsville. Thanks for letting us share your condo.

The condo was just as described on VRBO by host John and Pam. The condo was clean and plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 adult children. The views from the balcony were amazing. Enjoyed having our coffee and watching the dolphins every morning. Will definitely be back.

This is the ideal location! Accessible to everything in either direction, east or west! The weather was perfect and it was a much needed low key get-a-way!

My family of 5 loved this condo and had the best week in Orange Beach. Everything was as described and clean. The views were great. We will miss having meals outside on the patio.

The unit was very clean and the views from the balcony were awesome. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. The complex as a whole is very clean and well kept. All of the pool areas were in great condition. It is a very short walk to the beach. There are some good restaurants right across the street and grocery stores close by.

This room was very nice. Nice furnishings & clean. Easy access to pool, gym and most important of all, the beach!

Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a question when we walked into condo and called the owner. Call went to voicemail and within a couple of minutes the owner called back and answered all questions. Very responsive. Enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely stay here again

Great location, easy access to the beach! We had a family of 6 that stayed here comfortably. Only negative thing was the couch bed was broken…we made it work but my daughter said it was very uncomfortable. Lots to do on the condo grounds we never got bored! Overall great place to make your home for a week!

We were so happy with the location and quality of this rental. Everything in the property was as detailed in the listing and pictures accurately reflected the property. The location was ideal. We would absolutely stay at this property again and will hopefully have availability for the next vacation we book to Orange Beach.
