The 7th floor will be closed from December 7, 2026 - December 26 (weather permitting). Be aware that there will be work performed sequentially on every floor between mid September and February. * Smoking: Phoenix III is a non-smoking complex, including balconies. Designated smoking areas are available on the ground floor.

* Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed.
