Rooms are always nice and clean. We asked for more towels and they were brought up promptly. Everyone has always been nice and helpful, we had stayed at this complex for many years.

Reviewer Comments: We used the last full week before school starts to have a family beach getaway. The only disappointment was we didn’t have longer to stay! Our stay in 404 was wonderful. We loved the condo itself, as well as the pool and the beach. Our thoughtful owners include beach loungers (2) and umbrella with the rental of their condo and we really appreciated that!

The only issue we had was when walking to the beach from the deck, the sand was REALLY HOT. I would suggest a small sand mat to at least to when the small pathway opens to the full beach.
