Stayed May 17, 2026Beautiful and clean condo, but minor repairs should have been done to the bathroom vanities/sinks, as well as more towels and wash cloths would have been helpful to have on hand.Pool access was denied for the lower pool and upper pool didn’t seem heated as listed.

Reviewer Comments: All was well except using the TV was very difficult, you had to operate two remotes to get the TV to work. A lady named Sarah at the mgmt. co. was fantastic and had to have someone come three times to get it working. Other than that our stay was great.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year in a row that we stayed at this resort. Last year we were two floors above this rental and that rental was better than this one last month. Not that this rental was bad, just a few head scratching things in it. First, the washer and dryer were the two smallest appliances I have ever seen. You cannot wash more than 4 or 5 towels at a time. The capacity is laughable. Second, the master shower is huge but there is no door or curtain for it. Finally, the choice of finishes and door handle choices seemed to be on a budget. This rental was not cheap to book for a week and we expected a little more for the price paid.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025This is our second year in this unit and we LOVE it!!!! Feels just like home. Super cozy and we love the view! Great for people watching as you can see both the pool and the ocean! Many hours spent in the rocking chairs on the balcony! Highly recommend as long as you don’t steal OUR week!

Stayed Dec 29, 2024This is our second time staying in this condo at Tides. We love everything about it! Excellent view of the gulf, the condo is so pretty, clean and has everything you need to be comfortable and happy. We highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to the Miramar/Destin area!

Stayed Oct 5, 2024Absolutely loved this condo! Wonderful view, beautiful decor and loved the ocean view from the bedroom. Our family absolutely loved this trip and the gorgeous condo. The only thing was I would have liked to know ahead of time is to purchase extra toilet paper and extra paper towels before arrival. Obviously they provided some, but I would have preferred to pack that rather than run out to the store. Other than that small inconvenience, the stay was wonderful. Comfortable beds, gorgeous condo. Super easy check in and check out process. Will definitely come back!
