I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to town for a 13u baseball tournament and stayed a couple extra days to enjoy the 4th of July. We had an amazing time and could not have asked for a nicer place to stay.

King bed a little soft for us but comfortable. Master shower control handle came off a couple of times. Overall good for the price.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the room was stocked with everything you could need for cooking, if you have a can that needs opened make sure you have a can opener with you or buy cans with easy open lids. One remote for the tv wasn’t working so the tv was in a zoomed in picture setting. Not a huge issue but when it’s raining and you go to watch tv it is slightly annoying. It would be nice that if the property did any work on rooms they let you know in advance, when trying to get a younger kid to nap while work is going on below you isn’t the best experience. The room was perfect in every aspect tho and I would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: Brought our grandkids for a family beach trip, the condo was nice but could have been cleaned better. We have staying at various Phoenix properties for nearly 30 yrs and this was the dirtiest condo we have experienced. Suggest the owners evaluate their housekeeping company performance. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay.
