Beachfront 2BR | Accessible, Pool & Hot Tub

Great property. Our condo was walking distance from the beach, front yard to the pool and resort restaurant. Very clean and had everything we needed. The property staff is amazing and went above every request.

The property is huge however, the furniture is very undersized and really isn’t comfortable for up to six people. Maybe three people can sit on a couch and a chair. The dining room table is very small. It was very clean which is a priority for us, but there were a lot of little things that needed to be fixed which to their credit they did come but not always timely and we had one bathroom that never had hot water till the second last day of a 10 day stay Would stay again with some improvements being done.

It was O.K., but, the keyholder didn't come to see us until two days into the trip. There wasn't a beach view, but, it was nice. Great restaurant on site with an abundance of pools (if the heater in some of the pools worked).

Smell of mildew when enter the space. Found mold on back of pillow. Messages property manager on morning of mid-stay clean and asked to replace. No response! Washed pillow case and got rid of mold on pillow case. Sent pictures of mold to property manager and still no response.

Great place would rent again

Our family spend 9 spectacular days in this condo and it was as advertised. From the moment we checked in Gerado exceeded expectations. The Grand Venetian facility is clean, the grounds are well groomed. The two pools that over look the ocean are fantastic and the pool side service is super convenient. Our family loved our stay here. We were greeted at the lobby of Torre 3000 by Gerardo. He was very friendly and provided us keys and information of the property and area. The ground floor unit overlooks one of the five pools here. The largest, infinity pool overlooks one of the the cleanest beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Loved the palapas, massages, beach vendors, activities right there. We used the tennis courts there every day. The 2 bedroom, 3 bath unit was very nice with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Air conditioner and wifi worked really well. Located across the street was a food court with good choices as well as beverages. Loved everything about this place. The staff was super friendly. Can't wait to come back..

The experience was fantastic! Everyone was so nice and we didn’t want to leave.

We had 4 adults, a toddler and infant. My husband and I got the king bed. Comfy but nothing special. The bedroom had a chair and 2 nightstands. Very basic. Big picture windows which we kept covered since there the yard maintenance guy was out there very early! Bathroom had toilet, big shower and 2 sinks. We always had flying bugs in the sinks! Closet was walk in with plenty of drawers and hanging area. A/C was noisy in our room so we turned it off at night and used the fan. Big TV with ROKU. Sliding glass door went out to the main patio. The 2nd bdrm had 2 full beds. It had no other furniture and the bathroom was about the same as the master. Closet was not walk in but did have drawers. A chest or dresser would have been nice or even a chair. There was a 3rd bathroom with a sink, toilet and smaller shower next to the 2nd bdrm. There is a stacked w/d. A definite plus. Kitchen was decent. A filter for water was just installed. We didn’t use it except for cooking. Stuck with bottled water for drinking. We ended up calling maintenance since there was a leak. Sink backed up easily. Had the same problem in the bathroom. Dishwasher was handy to have even though it’s not huge. Gas stove was great. Had to light the pilot light to use the oven. No Gas BBQ. Lots of pantry shelves, plenty of dishes, Tupperware, etc. Not a lot of silverware and they were very tiny! Refrigerator worked perfect and was plenty big to hold lots of stuff! Living area was open with a single modular type couch and one end table. TV mounted on wall. The unit is ground floor which was easy to go in and out. Grounds are beautiful. Room 108 was right next to the 2nd bedroom and we had noise issues that lasted until 5am on one weekend. Called security for help and the kids even wore earplugs. Fireworks happened lots of evenings but it was before 11. They were fun to see. We did hear music from the nightclub but it wasn’t bad. The pools (5) were great. Some were heated. We tried them all. It seemed like there are more older adults that are probably residents. Never had a problem getting lawn chairs at any pools. There were beach/pool towels in the unit. There are no slides or kid friendly area except for the pools. Taxis were avbl anytime right out the door. Gerardo answered quickly when we had questions. Restaurant, pool service, and prices were good. Lots of beach area. Water was murky and very few were in it. We had a good time!

Great location, super clean when we checked in. Everything was as described and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our week-long stay.
