Beachfront 2BD-2/BATH Pool, Free Parking

The building and the condo has some age but you get what you pay for. We was there for 2 nights from our cruise and it met its purpose. Great location

We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was great. Beds comfortable. Shower pressure strong. AC cold. Condo conveniently located. Great location. Everything we needed was provided. Beach chairs, cooler, towels. Will definitely return. Great Host !

We enjoyed our stay very much!! I wish the pool would have been heated but we were able to dip in quickly :) Loved the location and wish I didn't have to come home!!Thanks so much!!

Clean, convenient, and cozy

Beautiful location on the Hollywood Broadwalk. It was awesome and relaxing to wake up every morning and have coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean. Very comfortable accommodations and fully stocked with essentials. The owner has always been easy to work with and responds to questions very quickly. This was our second time staying here because we love it.

Very nice accommodations with a feel of old school Florida beach vacation, right on the beach and Broadwalk. We had everything we needed in this super well-equipped condo (except a spatula, believe it or not. LOL) Kitchen was small, but was perfect for breakfasts every morning and lunches. Then, just head out to the Broadwalk for any kind of dinner we'd like. Beds and bedding were the most comfortable I've had in a rental in a LONG time...The unit was great, but the compound, itself, is showing some signs of age. Elevator was a little iffy. That being said, the location was perfect! It's on a bit of a quieter part of the Broadwalk, but only a short walk to food, entertainment and fun!Finally, our host was amazing! She allowed for a very early check-in and was super responsive and patient with all my questions leading up to our vacation.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed in a La Playa rental. Not only is the building perfectly positioned on the Broadwalk, but the units and building amenities (pool, laundry, parking, elevator, balcony) meet my family of three's needs. This is our third time staying in this particular unit and the management company made sure everything from check in to check out ran flawlessly.

Excellent, location is everything. Property as described. Superb Location, right on the water. Superior communication, super smooth check in. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, literally steps from the beach. Cozy lil apt, all you really need is there. Makes me want to move there we had such a great time.

This little condo was exactly what we needed. The location was great, views were amazing. Had one little hiccup and Luci was very responsive. Having beach chairs, towels, and a cooler was so helpful! The weather wasn't very cooperative, very, very windy! Definitely would stay here again.

Host was amazing, very responsive to questions. Condo is in a great location. And has so many extra touches. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Perfect place for couples with 2 bed and 2 bath.Just as pictured and EXCELLENT location!

The location is 10/10, and the facilities felt very safe. You do have to pay to do a load of laundry in the shared laundry area, but the area was super clean and easy to use. Tons of beach equipment available for all ages. The host was super quick to respond. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but coffee, tea, and dishes were well stocked.

You cannot get a better location on the Boardwalk in Hollywood Beach - easy, flat walking distance to restaurants, bars and live entertainment. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean is amazing. And you are steps from the waters edge as well! The building and condo are worn and are some tired looking, but the space itself was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed (refrigerator, stove, coffee pot, small selection of spices, extra towels, beach equipment, etc). The beds were SUPER comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! Overall I would highly recommend the space if you are looking for an amazing location to spend a few days. The permanent residents were very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely book this space again should the occasion arise. The host was very attentive and replied promptly when contacted.

Luci’s condo is perfect for a stay on the beach. Clean and responsive to anything we needed or had questions. Pool was a bonus if wanted to get off the beach for a bit. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The condo was great! Right in the heart of the Hollywood beach boardwalk. We did not need to rent a car. All the shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance. The beach is steps away and the heated pool was a bonus! We will definitely be back.

Luci was awesome in communicating including pictures and always responding promptly. Bed was comfortable. Everything was great! Beautiful view! Wish I could have stayed longer.

Location, location, location!!! Wonderful location right on the boardwalk. Condo was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the elevator. There were a few instances where the elevator stopped working briefly, eventually it completely stopped and needed to be serviced. Luci was responsive and on top of the repair company. It was a pain for sure being on the 6th floor. It was more so with 2 family members that have mobility issues. We were lucky it was able to be repaired. Other residents of the building mentioned the elevator issue was an ongoing problem. I believe if there was a reliability issue with the elevator it should have been mentioned up front. If it had been and I didn’t see it then that is on me for renting but I don’t recall seeing anything.

Perfect location on the Hollywood Broadwalk and beautiful views from our 6th floor unit. This condo had everything we needed and Lucy, our host, was very attentive and quick in responding if I had any questions. I’m already looking to book here again next year!
