Beachfront 2/2 on Treasure Island, 404W Oceana

The elevator was not working when we got there. My daughter had to lug 6 suitcases up four flights of stairs. Once she caught her breath everything was fine

This place exceeded our expectations in every way. Checking in was quick and easy, the condo was pristine, and the view was spectacular. We cooked breakfast 2 mornings and had everything we needed. We were sad to leave this morning. Thank you for giving my son, DIL and me a magical getaway long weekend. They live in Denver so it was easy to pick them up at the airport. One more plus!

Everything was very clean and orderly. I cannot say enough about this view! Also, we were here for NYE, and the fireworks were hundreds of feet away, and the rooftop gave us an amazing view of the fireworks from all of the neighboring towns. Highly recommend a stay here!

The room is very clean with the open ocean view from the main bedroom and the living room.

Stunning gulf view. Very clean space. Centrally located to restaurants. Kitchen is stocked with pretty much all you need to prepare meals at home. Very prompt response from host.

Everything was amazing! The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked - the kitchen and also items for the beach. We took advantage of the beach cabana rentals - folks really nice and took care of us very well! Sunsets were so pretty - words cannot even describe! Loved having rooftop access and use of the pool and hot tub! We had some problems with our key card but easily resolved with help from the check in desk! She was so nice to help - even after hours! Would gladly spend more time here! Close to good restaurants and grocery stores too! Really enjoyed our time at the beach!

The condo was very nice and clean. There was a smell to the condo when we arrived. It got better as time went on but it smelled like sour laundry. We also had issues with the sliding glass doors. There is a metal plate along the bottom which we all tripped on at least once during our stay. My friend actually fell and hurt her wrist. For the most part we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent gain.

Communication was excellent, the condo was very clean, and the views were breathtaking! We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Check-in is super easy. The condo is exactly as advertised. Host made sure we had everything we needed for the beach: chairs, cooler, umbrella, toys, towels. Accommodations were comfortable. The only drawback is the parking space. If you drive anything larger than a small SUV (I drive a CRV), you will not fit in the space provided. The allotted space is very narrow and is next to a wall. Other spaces seem to be more generous.

I booked this condo originally for a gymnastics meet that was canceled after hurricane Helene. I was unable to cancel my booking due to the rental policy and the insurance company wouldn’t refund me either unless the condo was inoperable within 30 days of my trip, or other last minute emergencies. The owner offered to let me change my dates, but we already had other trips planned and couldn’t squeeze another trip in. So we kept our original dates and had a nice relaxing weekend at the beach. After the initial frustration of not being able to cancel or rebook, the condo and Treasure Island did not disappoint! The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for the weekend, including plenty of beach gear. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of extra linens and towels. I was impressed with how well the area has recovered from Helene and they seemed eager to welcome tourists back. There was plenty for us to do. Restaurants and shops were open and it was a great weekend!

My husband and I booked a last minute stay and couldn’t have been happier. The unit has a gorgeous view, it was super clean and had everything we needed. Our 3 days were a little chilly but sitting on the deck was just perfect. The pool was not yet working but the elevator was. We would definitely stay again. It was the perfect size for 2-4 people.

We stayed after the hurricanes. There was still a lot of cleanup going on in the area, but the property was super clean. Great location! Can’t wait to go back after Treasure Island is fully rebuilt.

Amazing location on TI Beach and comfortable, clean, stylish unit. Difficult, narrow parking spaces however.

We have traveled to the Gulf Coast beaches for vacation for the last 12 years and this is our best experience by far! The property is beautiful and just the right size for our little romantic getaway. The beach was not over populated but still had access to amenities like cabanas and chairs to rent. The unit itself has a closet full of beach necessities. The kitchen is well equipped and the staff was responsive and accommodating. Thank you for offering two options for coffee making!!! The parking is tight as described but doable. Allow your passengers to exit the vehicle before parking. Easy access to the beach as well as restaurants and activities off property. The couch is perfect for naps and balcony boasts a beautiful full view of the beach and gorgeous sunsets. We will return to this property as soon as we can. .

Place was perfect for what we were looking for. Super clean and right on the beach. Only issue was very tight parking spot, so be mindful of that if you have a large car.

We booked this condo at the last minute and loved it! Beautiful unit, all the amenities you need for days at the beach, chairs, towels, cooler etc. The rental cabanas right out front were perfect. The beach was gorgeous. Only tricky part is the one parking spot included is right next to the wall and a pole so our minivan barely fit. But would love to come again.
