Beachfront 2-bedroom condo steps from John's Pass Village & Boardwalk

Joe was very helpful, especially when the TV didn't work, and he had the leaking sink in the bathroom fixed the very next day. The condo had every amenity that we could have asked for. Loved overlooking the beautiful pool and beach. Had a wonderful time !

Great location, easy to conatct always a pleasure to be able to stay here. There were some pool issues due to the damage from the hurricane but they took care of it all.

Great property, very clean and well appointed.Great location, right across from Johns pass.Great restaurants and bars.We really enjoyed the Bamboo Beach Bar.The view from are balcony was fantastic.Great walks on the beach each morning and evening.

Had a great time!

Upon arriving at our condo we had a difficult time with the front door lock. Each time we left we had a hard time with the lock. The living room was very comfortable and decorated well. I think the rest of the rooms had too many pictures on the walls. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The cups and glasses in the cupboards were still dirty and there were bits of garbage and plenty of dust under the beds. Although we had a wonderful time, I don't think I would stay at this property again.

Beautiful unit facing the gulf. Quiet building close to everything. This was our third year staying here and look forward to coming back.

The unit was very clean, neat and well stocked with linens, tableware and cookware. The view from the balcony is amazing. We spent hours listening to the waves and looking for dolphins. There is a pool on the ground level with chairs and an ample deck and a grill with a gazebo available to all. Parking spaces are clearly labeled. The beach is steps away and there are beach chairs and toys available. Joe clearly communicates check-in and check-out procedures and is responsive to questions. This is our second stay at Joe's unit and we have booked for next year - the best recommendation I can give!

We had a great time on our trip! The host was very responsive to any questions I had prior and during booking. The view and location were perfect. The condo has everything you need and the beds are very confortable! We will definitely be back!

The condo had AWESOME views! The ocean front sunsets every night were fantastic! Condo was very comfortable and fully stocked (minus drinks). Even had beach chairs and an umbrella. We will rent again for sure. Location was great! Close to shops and food.

Condo was clean but a bit outdated. The grounds keepers were very good at keeping it nice all around the condos. Madeira was a nice clean town.

This is my second time staying in this unit and we loved it just as much this year as we did two years ago. Some updates have taken place since our last stay, and this unit only gets better and better as time passes. I will be looking to stay here again for future vacations to Maderia Beach.

This condo is very roomy and nice. The view of the beach and ocean from the balcony is excellent! Nice walking distance to John's Pass and restaurants. I would definitely stay again!!

This condo was Just as advertised. It was right on the beach, with all the shops and restaurants directly across the street. It was very well stocked, with everything kitchen appliances, to beach, chairs, toys, and an umbrella. We are thinking about booking again next year.

Weather was beautiful, unit was beautiful. Property management could do a better job with the elevator situation.
