Beachfront 2-bedroom Condo by the Sea!

This was our first Vrbo experience and honestly it set the bar impossibly high. From the moment we walked in, it felt more like home than our actual home, cozy, immaculately clean, and so peaceful. Everything worked perfectly, not a single hiccup the entire stay. The beach was beautiful and the wildlife around the property was something else, the kind of thing you don’t forget. My family and I are already talking about coming back. If you’re on the fence, don’t be, just book it.

Check-in was super easy and host was always receptive to messages. Was a little disappointed that you can’t see the beach from the house (suppose to be beach front) and not enough space for everyone to sit in the living room.

Perfect location for our girl get away! Loved the uncrowded beach and super quiet condo. Really close access to the beach and just a short drive to Apros, Capitola, and Santa Cruz! As mentioned in other reviews, the shower can be difficult to access if you have limited mobility. Really enjoyed using the pickleball courts. The carts available to load your stuff in and out was awesome! Host was super responsive, friendly and helpful!! Thanks for a super relaxing week!

The owners were so kind and helpful with our family situation, and the location was just perfect—close to the Monterey area but a quiet getaway right on the dunes!

The condo was super comfortable and incredibly easy to get to the beach. The beds were clean and my kids said “best sleep of their lives.” Absolutely loved hearing the ocean waves while we slept! Plan on staying again!

Loved our stay! The condo was clean and well‑kept, and the host was easy to communicate with. The beach right outside was a huge hit with my family!

The hosts gave us all the information we needed to check in easily. They checked on us twice while we were there. The beach below the unit was expansive and uncrowded. Also, there was very easy access to the beach and close by. The stove in the unit was older and had a broken burner. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked. The showers in both bathrooms might be difficult for elderly people to get into as the floors of both were about 12 inches off the floor. The hosts did provide step stools in both bathrooms to help make the step easier. The hosts also provided books for kids and a few games to play. There was even a nightlight in the kids room and a closet full of beach chairs, sand toys, and a kite for family fun.

This condo is well equipped, and well located for several adventures, including on the beach, pinnacles national Park, the Monterey aquarium, and the rest of the Bay Area has to offer.

We had a great stay. Excellent location, clean condo, and great amenities like Wifi, TV, beach towels and beach chairs. We enjoyed the quick steps to the beach as well as the pickleball and basketball courts on property.

Unit was clean as can be. The showers were oddly high to step into. However stools were available still tough to adjust to. Bunk bed was flipped for understable reasons but made it tough for the kids to get onto the ladder from top bunk to climb down. Overall we would stay again.

Fully equipped place! Very cute, and perfect access to the beach. We only needed ice cream which they had at the little store! Host was very attentive when I had a question.

We love Pajaro Dunes!! It is the perfect beachfront getaway. The condo was cutely, decorated, and well supplied with everything we would need. Nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the ocean!

We loved our stay at Pajaro Dunes. The condo was absolutely clean and fresh. Everything we needed in the home was easily accessible and just steps away from beach access. Our communication with the host was AMAZING from day one until our very last day. We look forward to staying here for our upcoming trips at Pajaro Dunes. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We had a wonderful day. The property is gorgeous. Just steps to the beach. Amenities and shopping very close. Matt and Leticia are wonderful hosts. I will absolutely stay here again.

Cozy condo on the beach. Well stocked and perfect for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Mini fridge in the dining room was nice. Washer and dryer inside the condo with detergent and softener to do laundry was a huge plus. Bathrooms were stocked with enough towels and toilet paper. Beach chairs were a nice surprise. Grill was clean and propane was provided which was great for burgers. Condo was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Mat and Leticia’s condo! We are a family of five and it had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being within steps of the beach, and Monterey is only about 30 mins away, so it was an easy drive to visit the aquarium and go kayaking. We had a beach bonfire every night and even saw whales from the shoreline. It’s a gated community and the security guards were friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!
