Great view, pool and great for a couple.

The condo was very nice! The room overlooks the pool with a great view of the gulf!

Great view, clean room, great location for activities. Weather could not have been more perfect. Only down fall was no sink drain stopper in main bathroom and pool was not heated. So although we were here in late March in the mid to high 70’s, never swam outside.

Ocean is right off the balcony. Patio area gets sun throughout the day. Condo very clean. Exactly as pictured.

Condo was a great location. Great views. Furnishings need updating. Couch was in terrible condition, dishwasher needs replacing.

Beautiful room and views. Clean room. Friendly and great communication with the host. Very easy check in and check out. Outdoor pool, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, beach access. We spent our honey moon here and had the best time! Would stay here again!

This place was subpar for a rental company. There was one regular sized spoon, blood stains on the pillows, food on one of the skillets, and the dishwasher rack needs to be replaced as it is very rusty. The check-in process also was lacking because there was no guarantee of the room being clean upon arrival, although it had been cleaned when we arrived. Although less egregious, the water pressure was low, the electrical plug beside the bed was loose, and the sheets were hidden in an ottoman. However, they did promptly respond when we could not find them.

Our accommodations were very clean and well eguipped. The only thing to note/improve is the pullout couch is very worn and should be replaced. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Fantastic condo!

We loved our condo, # 308! Plenty of room for 2 people and nice being on a lower floor. The room decor is very nice. The common areas of the building were continually kept clean throughout the week. The hallways and elevator floors were swept and mopped often. 4 elevators. We never had to wait long. The pool itself is wonderful. However, at times there are people playing radios much too loudly for an extended period of time and there’s no one to stop them

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable with a special note on how amazing the pillows were. The balcony had a great view of the ocean where we watched dolphins one morning while drinking coffee. We also liked the fact that there was a parking garage with a level for each floor. It made hauling our belongings to and from the car sooo much easier. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo and good fit for our trip. we liked the 3rd floor view of the beach and spent a lot of time on the balcony.

We had a lovely visit. Property is well maintained and secure. The view and location are outstanding! Easy walk to several restaurants. Enjoyed the bath and a half. Would definitely book for a return visit.

Best condo!! Very clean, great parking garage, bed was amazing -- slept like a princess. I had such a wonderful and restful and relaxing time here. All of the amenities at the condo complex are awesome--tennis, basketball, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tubs, and a racquetball court!! Great restaurants across the street. I will be back

Great little condo for a couple's getaway!

Nice property and liked the parking deck. Condo 308 is beautifully decorated and has a great view of the ocean. Walking distance to Flora-bama via road or beach. We are tall 5’10-6’1” and had to bend down to see our faces in the mirror in master bath. Bed needs an upgrade as it put kinks in our neck (me) and back (spouse) as well as main couch. One day it rained heavy and water came in under the glass door and water from under the LVP. Overall, still one of the better phoenix condos we have stayed in.Pools were nice as well as quick access to the beach. One can tell the owners take pride in their beautifully decorated condo.

We loved the set up with pool and ocean access. Property was clean. We loved the convenient access to bars and restaurants. Everyone was pleasant and we plan to return
