Beachfront 1b 1b Suite - Beach Place #209

The condo was wonderful!!! You couldn't ask for better balcony views and the chairs were sooo comfy!!! We had the most beautiful sunsets just about every night even though there were storms out in the ocean each day. Only small negative, the bedroom & bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze. Understand having 2 beds in the bedroom but would be better to just have a kingsize bed with a bit more room. But we would definitely book again because of the balcony and comfy chairs!!! We always spend so much time on the balcony and that is the main area we look at first when booking!!! Daily routine is to walk the beach numerous time looking for shells. My relaxation!! And another plus is Beach Place, is the perfect location, to be able to walk over and visit John's Pass for great food, shopping and walking the boardwalk! Always a must, is to do a Sunset Cruise and we had the most beautiful sunset! This is our 6th time coming back to Madeira Beach and 2nd time staying at Beach Place and will be back again!!!

The view is stunning. Close to everything. The kitchen is very nice but sitting on the balcony is what i will remember best.

Spring Break trip with other families. Really liked the location of the unit being across the road from John’s Pass. Enjoyed watching the boats coming in and going out from the lanai. Condo was nice overall-could use new mattresses. Would stay again!

We were surprised to not find cleaning sprays or solutions, just old mop n broom. Staying 14 days if would of been nice to have. Using a code to get in and out of areas did not always work. The two beach chairs and umbrella was a plus. Nice place just not for us.

We stayed at this resort twice before and enjoyed our stay each time. The condo has an excellent view of the gulf and partial view of Johns pass. The condo was clean, my only complaint was no ceiling fans, that would be a great help in keeping cool in the summer months. The one drawback of the property is it’s next to public parking and the locals come and set camp on the beach in front of the property. Sometimes the pool area gets a little rowdy late in the day. It has easy access to John’s Pass and the boardwalk with all the restaurants.
