#BEACHES ARE OPEN-VILLA W/ POOL, BEACHFRONT RESORT

We had a wonderful stay. The property was great and so were the owners!

I was looking for a place at 10:30pm the night before and found this villa. I accidentally booked the wrong date and the owner reached out to me early the next morning to verify the dates. Luckily he caught it and the place was still available. We had a great stay and would stay their again.

The condo was very clean and updated. It was a very easy check-in process with nice amenities. The pool was very nice and the beach a short walk. This waa our 1st time staying at this end of the island and loved the convenience to restaurants. Will definitely be back.

The check in was very easy and fast. The kitchen was perfect to work in! There was both a kureg and a regular coffee maker, there was plenty of equipment in good/ great condition to use. The activities on the resort were a ton of fun! The beach was beautiful and only a short walk away. The villa has a buggy to bring things down to the beach so you dont have to carry everything. The villa was clean and comfortable. My family and i really enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect get away spot! Accommodations were exactly like described and the pool and beach were just what we needed! We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location. We’ve stayed with April & Derek in the past and they continue to make our trips to Hilton Head incredible. The resort is excellent with a number of amenities and excellent beach access, The villa was great, clean and updated. Looking forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Pool and amenities were perfect. Beach was close and amazing. Families mainly and no loud music /noise.Very secure location and a lot to do! Thank you for a wonderful vacation

Just what we needed after a very cold Midwest winter. The property was clean and fresh. Nicely updated with everything we needed.

We were delighted with the accommodation. We found it to be immaculate, tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect and we slept well. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and prompt to respond. The resort is more than we could have hoped for and we will return.

This was a great condo. We liked the split floor plan and the well equipped kitchen. It was easy to get in the resort and get parking pass, etc. Parking by the condo was easy. like that it's only up a few stairs so it's easy to get luggage in and out. They had chairs to use at the beach, which was great, so we didn't have to pack. It was also an easy walk to the beach, just across the parking lot, about equivalent to one block. Overall, i would recommend and we will definitely consider to stay here again.

The property was just as described and just right for our needs. We had a beautiful time and will be back!

The condo was located in a great area with easy access to the beach and amenities. Overall the unit was as described with the exception of the linens. I appreciate the owner providing most of our necessities but I found it almost comical the amount of linens that were provided. Had I known I would have taken my own linens. There were 4 people in our party and we stayed 6 days. The owner provided a sufficient amount of bath towels and hand towels But we were only given 4 wash cloths. When I inquired about getting more wash cloths I was basically told I could wash what the left for us to use. ? I’m not on vacation to do laundry! As for the need sheets… they were like sleeping on News paper. Other than that it was a lovely place but the owner needs to explain to their guests to bring their own linens.

We loved our stay at this Villa. Love that it is a gated resort! It was so nice and clean and had everything we needed. I wish I would have ask before we went and we would not have took wagons and chairs. But we will know for next time. The play ground was awesome for the grand baby . We were able to play some tennis as well! Very short walk to the beach and loved the food choices at the resort. Their pizza is the best I have ever had. Pool is huge and plenty of lounge chairs.

We deeply enjoyed our getaway at the beach staying in this condo! The location was wonderful, and the resort facilities provided a great time for the kids.
