Great ocean views, private beach, convenient for shops and restaurants, very clean and roomy for our family. Quick responses from the owners when needed. Would definitely recommend and go back! 10 out of 10!

Interior of property was very nice, but overpriced. The listing photos did not show that this was a high-rise, which was deceiving. The exterior of the property was very run-down and the elevators were not working half of the time. The pool was great, however there was no supervision of the young, routy crowd. The beach was incredible. Most beautiful beach I have ever seen and the management of amenities was wonderful.

Beach couldn't be seen well but water could. Very nice view without people and umbrellas! Bathroom could have been a bit bigger very tight. Cleanliness was awesome! Nice beach towels. Well appointed kitchen and appliances. Washing machine may be on the small stacker side but well worth it! My husband is handicapped in a wheel chair although he does walk and can do stairs the unit was great and workable and very close to Santa Clara handicapped beach access. The unit beach access he did do but only once took quite awhile and with a lot of effort. 44 stairs to beach on a very well maintained access. There was even a galvanized hand rail attached to the railing to hang on to on both sides. This is awesome in Florida since wood rails get very hot to tue touch in the sun. Great home away from home for this older couple we will return and for longer next time

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. Location was perfect with fantastic views of the ocean, perfect for walks on the beach and visiting the shops and food options at seaside. Host was very easy to communicate with and condo was as described.

Jennifer was so helpful and responsive. She suggested her favorites restaurants and did not disappoint! She wanted to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the condo were amazing!!!!

The condo was immaculate, well appointed and cozy! From the large Keurig machine to nice towels and linens to a well-stocked kitchen, it made our stay even more perfect. We are talking about staying here again next year during the holidays!

The host was great! I loved the condo! It was newly decorated and very clean! It had all the amenities needed for a week long stay. The pool and beach view as well as access could not be better. Definitely will book here again.

Condo was exactly as described and was in the perfect location for exploring 30A. Host communication was great!! Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spot to catch some waves and be in the middle of the 30A action.

The condo was very nicely decorated. It had a calming, serene feel. Everything was clean and had everything we needed, including some coffee bar supplies, which was a nice touch! The view of the ocean was beautiful. Owner was very responsive. Would def stay again.

We had the most wonderful stay. Excellent communication from our host and she helped make our visit perfect. No issues or problems, excellent location with beach access, walking distance to restaurants. We rented bikes to access nearby locations. Would 100% stay here again.

We loved this clean, bright, coastal condo. It was a treat to stay right on the beach.

It is really one of the best locations on 30A. You’re in the center of everything nice and beautiful on the 30A. And sitting on that balcony every morning even when it is like 55! but sunny, you are sitting out of the wind always and that is so nice. The condo is very well equipped accept a real water heater, I should add that. Water out of a coffeemaker is not great taste.

Beautiful unit in the middle of 30A. Everything was perfect - I can’t think of anything I’d change. We’ll see you again soon!

We had a wonderful stay despite hurricane Helene blowing in the the east of us while we were there. Beautiful view of the beach. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and always responded to any questions or concerns rapidly. I will definitely stay there again.

Very beautiful place. Just as beautiful in person as in pictures. Very clean. Communication with owner was excellent. Every question we had from time of booking was answered promptly. Love this place and love this location. Definitely would book this place again.
