Such a nice quiet nice neighborhood. Excellent stay for the price.

We liked everything about our stay. The rooms were clean and smoke free. The bed was comfortable. Everything was great.

We loved everything except the shower pressure was a bit too high. Had a great time definitely would return.

Enjoyed staying in this condo. Condo is comfortably furnished and has big screen TVs. Location is near the beach and within walking distance of a park and the pier shops and restaurants. Very close to the condo pool as well. Nice second level balcony. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean. The people were nice. The property is located within walking distance of the beach area with nice restaurants and shops. The condo was spacious with two 60in televisions!!

We liked everything about our stay, it was very enjoyable and clean, close proximate.I would suggest a mattress topper for the sleeper couch as the mattress is a bit flimsy and I think you could upgrade the sleeping experience that way.All in all very nice place ! Thank you!

The unit was as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. Communication was great. Location is ideal for a short drive to the beach and short walk to the village and restaurants. We took advantage of the bikes and that was an easy process as well. It was a great stay!

We have rented this particular unit several times. We love that the porch is on Mallery Street side. It is peaceful and quiet. Close to entrance, easy walk to the pier area or short drive to the beach.

Property is ideally located with plenty to do within walking distance.

Everything was in walking distance or was a short drive. The scenery is absolutely lush with green vegetation. Side walks to stroll on and admire the sights of DT St Simons. The property itself offers beautiful landscape, pools, playground, and pond. The condo had everything we needed. I would suggest adding oven mittens in the kitchen. Other than that, we will book again.

Out stay was fantastic! My daughter loved the convenience of the Village area so she and her friend walked everywhere! It was clean and very nice!

Amazing communication with host, property was clean and nice. I enjoyed the optional bikes!

This place is fine. It needs some updating and handyman work. Nothing terrible, but I wouldn't stay again. The bigger problem is that both VRBO and the host refused to provide me a receipt for my stay. Both said it was the other's responsibility. So if you need a receipt for your stay, do not book this place through VRBO.

Clean unit and very accessible to the entrance/exit of property. Convenient to public beach accesses and an easy walk to Neptune Park.

AC worked great, size was perfect for two, and we didn’t even use all the amenities offered. It was a wonderful property and stay, and we appreciate that cookware, coffee + fixings, and towels were all provided. Would recommend staying here to others.

In town briefly for a conference. This little place worked great on a budget. Plenty of room for an individual or couple (or a 3rd if you've got a couch surfer). Nice porch and pool just down the stairs. I didn't try to cook anything so can't speak to the kitchen.
