Beach Villas Poolside Resort at the Ko Olina Beach w/Luxurious Amenities

The amenities were beautiful and well maintained. Although we were initially given the wrong contact information for our host from the greeters the issue was remedied and all maintenance requests were handled quickly. Would definitely stay again

We liked the condo. The pictures on VRBO made the place look twice the size it really was but still very acceptable. There was major security where you had to have a key card to even make the elevators work and even get to your car which was ok unless you forgot your key. I wouldn’t stay on the side of the building we stayed in again. Too noisy. We did have an incident where a boyfriend of one of our grandchildren caused the elevator to stop which was not purposely done but more of excitement due to being his first time to the ocean. Still don’t know if they will fine us for that action. We hope not.

They are too low to the ground making it difficult for us seniors to get up from a sitting position. Perhaps the owners would consider upgrading those two items. The guest bedroom with the attached bathroom had a bed that was difficult to get into, it was very high. We had a couple of small issues with the rental but these were resolved very quickly. When we checked in Shannon repeatedly told me that 'someone' would be showing us to our rental and telling us about the property. No one showed up so she just pointed us in the direction on how to find the rental. She seemed very hurried and repeated herself many times. But, overall, we had a great time. The property is very beautiful and the lagoon was fun.

Villa was amazing and just as advertised. Lagoon was perfect for my young grandchildren. I would definitely recommend this place for a wonderful family vacation.

The property was perfect. The separate rooms, wonderful sunlight entering the rooms, an outdoor area overlooking the pool, stocked for our visit and clean. The close proximity to walk along the shore, visit other resorts and walk to dinner made it a plus. This was our second visit to Oahu and was even better than our first trip. Communication was easy and response was prompt. Highly recommended!!

The condo was clean and roomy. Has everything we needed. Loved the wagon and beach chairs, really helped going to beach. The tiki hut was wonderful, great pina colada. Can’t say enough good things

The lanai was amazing and looked over the quiet,adult pool. Parking was easy, great communication with rental company. Checkin was also so easy! We loved all the pools, the tiki bar and the beautiful coi fish and lush landscaping! My husband won't stay anywhere else now!!!

We were in Hawaii for a high school graduation & to visit family. 7 adults stayed very comfortably for 9 nights. The condo was very spacious and clean. Spent a lot of time on the lanai. I do not believe the property is listed as handicap accessible, but my 92 yo father was able to use his walker easily in the condo and mobility scooter around the resort & walkways around the lagoons. The shower was the only part where he needed assistance, no grab bars, but we knew this ahead of time and was able to make do. If anyone has mobility issues or would like to see more but cannot physically walk that far, I highly suggest renting a mobility scooter. We pre-arranged ours to be dropped off & picked up at the front desk, but I believe they had one for rent at the desk. We took ours to Waikiki, zoo, north, east, & west shore, Aloha Stadium ..everywhere! This property was a perfect home base:)We did not spend much time at the pool area but it was beautiful and looked like a lot of fun for kids. We swam in the lagoons, which are very clean & well taken care of, and perfect for those who don’t like to swim in the open ocean with strong waves & currents. It was fun to walk around the tide pools. The location is great, good restaurants & shops, a short drive to Kapolei, easy to get to the train station (cannot wait for the expansion to the airport & Honolulu! excellent way to travel around, ie to the flea market at the Aloha Stadium). We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except the dishwasher was broken and didn’t work our entire stay, as well as the washer and dryer didn’t work well. Otherwise we really liked the condo and had a wonderful time.

Property needs to be updated. It was not clean and several items were broken or not working.

Few small things were a hiccup, but it all worked out and these villa are very nice. Can’t wait to go back and stay here! Thank you doesn’t seem enough!

This place is so nice and the “private lagoon” was never busy and we loved it. The sunsets are to die for right in your backyard. Everything about this place was perfect. Probably the best place we have ever stayed on vacation. Highly recommend. Having Disney next door was cool, because you can go to the resort and restaurants and then get away from all the busyness back to our property to relax and chill.
