Loved being on the water right in the beautiful beach! This was the reason for picking this property and it did not disappoint! We spent all our time outside or on the screened deck. The unit was very clean and we felt secure this way as this was our first trip since the outbreak of the Corona Virus.

Beautiful property, beautifully furnished and perfectly located on Captiva. However, some painful issues when we arrived (lock not set properly so we couldn’t go into the unit without calling the emergency number for the property manager) and the inside entry hall was flooded by the malfunctioning air conditioner. Also, the one basic that was not supplied, coffee filters, was a disappointment. I’d definitely stay in this unit again but I would ask more questions than I normally would of a vrbo manager. Also good to note, the electronic locks were in the process of being upgraded so the hiccup of arriving and not being able to enter is probably resolved.

Great place to stay.

Very nice place overlooking the gulf. the new berm on the beach impeded some of the views of the waves breaking on the shore. Also, first floor description I literally thought I would have been able to walk right out of the lanai to the beach... my error on being from up north not realizing first floors in Florida are up one level. glad there was a elevator because I had someone in my party with wheelchair. Overall great place for a quit respite!

Great location for beach activities and pool. Awesome view of the sunset from the porch. Short walk to restaraunts and ice cream. Next time might rent a golf cart for getting around. Otherwise couldn't ask for a better stay.

Everything in the pictures and write up are accurate. Wonderful and clean condo right on the beach. Could not have wanted for more. Would stay again without question.

Spectacular property great view

The beach view was great as pictured. Condo interior looked professionally decorated. Kitchen fully equiped but we usually ate at one of the good restaurants down the road. Our only complaint was the mattress that is extremly firm. My wife chose to sleep on the sofa instead. We decided to leave 3 nights early. The management rep said the owner and guests prefered very firm. It's a matter of degree.

We did not use laundry service never been to a place where you paid for using washers/ dryer. AC was fine but needed fan in bedroom to keep it cool.

We booked this condo the day before check in as a quick get away to heal from a bad situation and had to cancel hours after making the booking due to flight delays and no further flights available before the booking began. Ryan was amazing and helped us out with the cancelation, responding nearly immediately. I really appreciate his help as it was already a super stressful situation. Will definitely try this beautiful place again when it is not last minute during a government shut down.

Had a wonderful time staying here. Loved not just the ocean views, but there was also some trees and greenery.

Loved it all! The condo was located exactly as I had hoped. The beach was very close and even a Starbucks within walking distance. The Osprey out side the lanai. Pelicans, Dolphins, and lots of other birds. Wonderful!

Great view, easy beach and pool access.

Wonderful property, we've stayed at this unit before and have always had a great stay. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and two markets. Weare already planning to return.

Great property right on the beach, pools werent crowded at all. Parking detals were wrong there was no construction, you can park right next to the room. Its gated but you just need to tell them your room address to get a gate pass.

Check-In was a breeze - we received code for the door ahead. The whole condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook. Loved the balcony and gorgeous view of the Gulf. There were 2 chairs, an umbrella and cooler to use for the beach along with 4 beach towels. Absolutely loved staying here and would love to go back.

Check in was a little confusing as they sent a photo of where to park upon arrival which must have been taken during construction because it did not match what we experienced when we arrived. So we parked at the designated spot which was far away from the unit. But we soon realized the photo was outdated and we were allowed to park much closer. Other than that check in was fine. The space was nice and clean. View is exactly the same as the photos in the listing.

The place was great - I would be helpful to know what is already there so the renters did not have to buy/rent additional items (ex: beach chairs& umbrella)

Amazing secluded location, larger than expected. Seamless stay

We loved staying at South Seas. Very private, quiet, and relaxing stay.

Overall solid. Shower and bathroom sink was clogged up but property manager was quick to send plumber. Arrived to no coffee filters and 1 roll of toilet paper. Gorgeous views. Pool was not nice. Beach was beautiful. I would stay again if price was adjusted

Our first trip back to the islands since 3 rounds of hurricanes and we were pleasantly surprised in the recovery. Even with Captiva’s being the most recent the beaches were lovely and our condo view even though it wasn’t what it would have been was still lovely. There is much work being done on the resort but didn’t find it to be disruptive only a sign of improvement. Plenty of restaurants a short walk or bike ride away to dine at and we enjoyed all of them. Dream vacations were fantastic to work with always easy to reach and gave us good instructions. Condo was exactly as pictured a little dark and dated for our tastes but exactly as portrayed. Everything clean and in good working order. The only thing that would keep us from renting again would be the bedroom. The mattress, pillows, and bedding old and not very comfortable especially the pillows. It was also so warm and stuffy. We used the small electric fan which helped but a ceiling fan could improve things dramatically.
