The property is a great place for family Fall Break. We love the property. The only downside is the pool is not heated in October and makes for a very cold swim. 309 is a beautiful place. Very clean and well equipped. And Your Friends at the Beach are fantastic.

The Condo feels like home away from home since we book the same unit each year. It is always clean and comfortable, well maintained and supplied with everything we need. It is convenient to the beach, pool and shopping. Our grandkids love everything about the experience and for 11 and 7 year olds to enjoy the stay and talk about what they will do when they get there next year, that is saying something.

There are many restaurants and seafood, takeout options within walking distance. All problems we had were immediately taken care of by on-site staff. Well definitely use San Remo in the future.

Its nice and quiet in the fall when we visit, beach is never crowded, complex is gated, condo well taken care of, I could easily live here full time. Very close to Gulf Place and shops/restaurants. Anytime we have a question or need assistance, Tory is there to help, their entire team is excellence at its best.
