Beach Views, Perdido Sun 616!

Stay was clean and spacious but needed major updating as far as appliances and mattresses. King mattress was terrible couldn’t sleep on it. We ended up sleeping in the double bed( the room where the tv didn’t work you only had a frozen picture no matter what station you went to). No instruction on tv in other room. Very stingy on welcome amenities. This is our 3rd year staying at Perdido Sun thought we’d try a more spacious condo. This was the worse. Had no issues with the smaller condos we stayed in. Also the refrigerator in the kitchen was very noisy and constantly made ice. The freezer compartment at the wet bar was frozen over, couldn’t use it.

I was worried about someone, mainly me, tripping on the corner of the rug as one walks into family room…. I am glad we brought toilet paper because 1 a roll is silly. It was a very nice place but I think your place would be better attaching the headboard to the wall and getting rid of the footboard that made it a tight fit getting around to the other sid of the king size bed. There was no room for the nightstand so I had to bring a chair from dining room to put my bipap machine on. The dining room tabletop is ruined from wet stuff or spilling and needs a couple coats of polyurethane on the top so it does not get worse. All 8 of us had plenty of room and a very nice time was had by all.

I have stayed at Perdido Sun several times in different units. We had a great stay and it’s very nice and clean.

My sister and I booked this stay for our parents. My daddy really wanted to watch the Blue Angels homecoming show and my parents wanted to go to the beach one more time. This condo was perfect for our family and great location to go the show. It was as listed in VRBO and management was great with communication. I would definitely book this room with them again.

Spacious condo and surrounded by great amenities in walking distance. The 2 guest bathrooms are smaller in size and not for an entire family to stay in. More for kids. Kitchen is awkwardly small for multiple people to be in. Living room is huge. Balcony is huge! Great views

Went to beach with grandkids 1, 4 and 5 and our adult kids. Condo was perfect large balcony so we could all be outside or inside. Parking was a bit of a hiccup but quickly resolved by property manager and appreciated. 1 vehicle on site and other has to be across the street, which ended up being a non issue since there are some cute shops and we didn't need to leave much anyway. Thank you so much for making the trip hassle free and of course amazing location.

Great location, easy beach access

Love the location and size of condo. Great for a family with plenty of room and personal space. Check in was easy and condo was clean. Furniture could use alittle updating and the king bed could most Definitely use a new mattress. Yes we would stay there again!

We totally loved everything about this rental. From the spacious interior layout with all the necessities needed for a relaxing vacation, to the extended end unit outdoor porch with two separate seating areas with comfortable decor. The beautiful sunrises every morning to the sunsets each evening, each day started and ended with just a fabulous feeling. The location couldn't have been better to explore and spend lots of time at the famous Flora-bama. We will see you again next year.
