Very clean, great view and location. The oven and stove are pretty awful, the stove top will warm things up but won’t actually cook. The oven gets warm but again doesn’t actually bake anything, took 1 hour for a frozen pizza and oven set to 450 degrees.

While we absolutely love Hilton Head Island—the ocean, the beach, the people, and the surrounding communities—we were extremely disappointed in the condition of the condo itself. It took 45 minutes to brown a pan of ground beef because the oven does not work properly. The elevators were out of order for our entire stay, which made access especially difficult. There is no ceiling fan on the balcony, no light in the living room, and absolutely no storage space. The photos showing a double recliner sofa in the living room are misleading; instead, there is an old, stained couch. The chest of drawers shown in the bedroom pictures are nonexistent and have been replaced with flimsy IKEA-style shelves that wobble at the slightest touch. As a woman whose knee does not bend, the lack of a reclining chair made my stay very uncomfortable. The red chair in the living area may be the most uncomfortable chair on the planet—it tips easily when someone tries to stand—and the outdated wicker balcony chairs are equally unstable. The coffee table is on wheels and moves with the slightest bump. While we still love everything about HHI, we will not be returning to this resort or condo. We will stay at a different villa next time—somewhere modern, well-equipped, and where the elevators work.

Really enjoyed the location. The view from the condo was beautiful. We enjoyed the beach and there was a nice walkway that provided easy access to the beach. We didn’t get a chance to use the pools as there were storms every evening. The condo is small so I wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people unless the kids sleeping in the bunk beds are very small. The living room furniture was very worn out but the kitchen table was fine. The kitchen was well-equipped. The front desk check-in staff was not friendly, but fortunately we didn’t need to interact with them after check-in.

The condo itself is adorable. It is small but for our family of 4 was still functional. The couch is different than the one in the photos and actually worked better for us bc it was larger. Cons: The chair in the living area is awful.. it doesn’t actually recline well, no foot rest, is very loud and not super comfy. Oven in the unit doesn’t work well either, it took over 30 min to brown ground beef and if you don’t cover it, not happening. Pros: The view is incredible, very close to the beach and the pool. The fridge being full sized was great and there was a lot of room for storing pantry items. Smart tv in the living room and bedroom were great for night time, my kids also loved the little “nook” bunk beds. I would recommend an upgraded coffee machine or even a keurig and possibly some plastic cups/plates. I was a little nervous giving glass to the kids, in someone else’s home. Overall we were very happy with the resort, the amenities and the space.

This was a very clean, cozy place with great views. The condo is on the third floor of the three-story building, which was perfect, and it enhanced the view of the ocean.

It was a mixed bag of good and bad. Place was very clean and organized. The couch and chair in the living space were both broken. So, getting comfortable in the evenings was tough. We did blow a circuit breaker after hours and the owner, and support team got us up and running in very reasonable amount of time. Otherwise the room was very nice.

Great location... near beach, not far from everything. Loved the on site restaurant and pool. Great unit. Only issue was it is ocean front 3rd floor. Elevator is on the opposite end of the building. These 60+ yr old knees couldn't handle it.

We loved staying here and enjoyed our time. Check in was a breeze. The location is lovely and the view from the balcony was perfect. The pool is large but apparently unheated, which is expected and understandable as we were not visiting during peak season. Our son loved sleeping on the little hallway bunkbed. It was a fun way to convert the space that may not be for everyone, but worked perfectly for our little family of three. Our only complaints would be in regards to the outdated and uncomfortable furniture in the living room. The couches don't recline and are very firm and worn in. The chairs on the balcony are dangerously high, so not ideal for kiddos, and the front door required my husband to add an additional nail as the door hinges were coming loose. Those were the only negatives and not even worth subtracting a star because it really is a lovely spot and we had a great stay! I would advise bringing spare towels for the beach.

I liked the view, the amenities, the quick access to the beach, restaurants are very close, one near the beach access and pool. These are the most convenient things this place has to offer. The place was clean enough and decent but really outdated furniture. I did expect a bit more confort for the price.

This was our first time in Hilton Head, and I really couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The condo was clean and well furnished as many have already stated. The resort itself was great. Access to the pool and ocean were super easy. Plenty of options for food and drinks. There were a lot of comments about comfort of the furniture. Is it the most comfortable; no, but not nearly as bad as people made it out. Would be nice if the recliner actually worked on the couch, but we spent so little time in the room anyway, that it didn't really matter. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. I get the need for all of the doors, but it does make things a bit cumbersome at times. I will say that for anyone who runs on the warmer side, the bedroom felt a bit warm, but if you close down the living room vent at night, the room cools down nicely. Really loved the view and generally the whole experience. Would love to try to come back to this unit again in the future. Thanks for a great stay
