Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was nice with the exception with one bedroom not having a tv and dishwasher not working. As far as the Beach Place, the elevator is only getting worse every year and we have been coming for about 17 years, this was by far the worst experience with it. Having to lug our beach canopy and stuff down 4 flights of stairs. It is bad enough there is only one elevator but when that one locks up for 10 minutes or longer. The stay is not cheap so there should definitely be enough money with all the people staying there to actually get it fixed.

Everything was clean. Kitchen was stocked with essential cookware and dishes. View of beach/drawbridge was great.

Upon arrival, we discovered that the cleaning crew could use some pointers. Fake eyelashes in the bathroom, sand on the floor and the couches and also sand and food under the couches. This unit could use some ceiling fans too as we were hot the whole time.The bedspreads were disgusting and very outdated. This unit needs some help! Maintenance came in unannounced to change the air filter. Not okay. There was smoking on the balcony and in the pool area. None of the rules are ever enforced here. People came up from the beach and used the pool. Kids were jumping the fence. The security is a joke. They walk around with their heads in their phones not paying attention to anything. Don't bother with the arm bands, they never check to see if you have one. We have come here for our family vacation for three years and between the ridiculous rate increase and lack of concern for their guests, this will be our last year. :(

I paid $2100 and with the expectations set up high. The location is perfect and the unit had a nice view. I had brought my groceries because I enjoy cooking for my family. Well, after trying to fix a meal with pots, pans and utensils there, I gave up and ate out. The coffee mugs have seen better days. The guest bathroom ‘s sink was clogged and the bathtub is gross. The beds are in need to be replaced. Nasty cheap old mattresses. One guess bedroom had no tv and the other had it but with the wrong remote! Please replace the yellowing bath towels! The elevator was malfunctioning. We were celebrating my daughters bday and tried to make the best of our time while there.

They enjoyed watching the boats. Seen dolphins every day. Great location. A little busier in this area due to public beach access and parking lot. But we enjoyed people watching and watching people fish. Area was well patrolled so very safe.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ladies in the office are not helpful or friendly. We had to wait until after 4 to get our rental. Which was neither good or bad. Until we went into the unit. I can honestly say the only thing that was clean were the toilets. The floor have not been sweep or mopped. The air conditioner never got cold. It hardly ran.

Reviewer Comments: I found a few dirty dishes/utensils and there were not many of them, the master bathroom sink was very slow draining, master bedroom drawers broken, couch was old and didn’t recline properly, hinges on another bedroom was loose. The parking lot was was a race track all night and you could hear the traffic/bridge. We did not get any rest all week. The elevator was so slow and only had one for the entire complex.
