The kitchen, with granite counter space and newer kitchen appliances comes fully prepared for your visit with all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a dining area, just outside the kitchen, perfect for playing games, or enjoying a meal. The living room has a large leather sofa. The private balcony offers some of the best ocean views available. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail while witnessing some of the most beautiful Florida sunsets.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and television. This is a perfect unit for a couple. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this is a non-smoking home.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Naturally from this ideal location, you are just steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed was the best we had ever been in! The location was perfect with a nice view of the gulf! Very clean and up to date unit. Surf Song does need a new sign out front to make it easier to find. They also need to install a bathroom by the pool. It was a long way to our room. The balcony was nice, just a little small. There is quite a bit of road noise and garbage truck work on Sunday morning.

I could have avoided the Vrbo fee by booking directly with the resort, but you live and learn. The laundry rooms are very convenient and well located. We did not try the pool, but others that were there seemed to enjoy it. Will have to go in next time. Beach access could not have been better. John’s Pass although close is not noisy, except for the music from the bar is slightly heard during the day, very quiet at night. We will stay again and remember to book directly thru the resort.
