Beach Sunset: Walk to Dining, Shopping & Beaches

The condo was very well equipped for all of our needs and the location is as described, very walkable to town or the beach. Mike was very responsive when I reached out to him. My only two comments would be, since it was a girls shopping weekend it would have been nice to have had an extra mirror in the second room (kids room) and the parking lot seemed to be a bit dark, which I am sure is mainly due the large/ample parking availability. I would stay here again without hesitation!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Lewes look no further! This condo was gorgeous, well equipped, clean and convenient to everything. We loved it! The host has seen to everything. We especially appreciated the coffee bar and charming atmosphere. Mike was very communicative and offered up an abundance of things to do and places to eat in the area. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a wonderful experience all the way around! Thanks, Mike, for being such an amazing host!

Great location. Extremely clean and homey. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, and the bike trails were great. Everything was provided except food and personal items. Cruiser bikes were included. We had a perfect stay!!

This is the cleanest rental I have stayed in! It’s the perfect size for adults or small family! Located right by the canal we walked or rode the provided bikes everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our time in the unit. It was very clean, well equipped and well located. Enjoyed the coffee bar! Walking distance to restaurants and to the quaint older part of Lewes. Also miles of beaches in the area! Our host was very responsive to questions and providing information about the area. Only thing to be aware of is when arriving the unit is not very impressive from the outside as it looks isolated and somewhat out of place compared to the other side of the highway. But inside suited our needs well and overall we had a great experience exploring the area!

Everything about this rental was great. It was super clean, super cute, and comfortably furnished. There were several touches which made the rental stand out - the overstocked coffee bar, the complimentary check in candy, the multiple USB charging ports throughout the rental, the night lights, the labeled light switches - not to mention linens and towels were included. Bed was comfy. Location was superb. We will be back!

This property was exceptional. Clean, modern appliances and other amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc as well as some essential condiments and brew coffee and tea assortment. The location was within walking distance of downtown Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. Two bikes were included in the reservation. The location was also very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Mike and Tracy were very responsive and provided information on the restaurants and happenings in the area. Awesome location to walk to great restaurants and shopping. Close to beach too! Very very clean!

Added perk of 2 beach bikes to explore on well mapped greenways.Tastefully decorated, clean,and comfortable. Perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Lewes has to offer!

This modern, clean condo is perfectly situated in Lewes. Just a short walk to the beach, town, or historical sites, we were never far from a great day. The free bikes made excursions to Cape Henlopen State Park easy and fun. At the end of the day, the condo was a great place to relax, inside and out. We look forward to visiting again!

We found this property to be extremely convenient--we could walk to restaurants and shops in just a few minutes, and the drive to Cape Henlopen State Park was also very quick. The apartment was spacious, attractive, comfortable, and well-supplied. We particularly enjoyed the patio, where we had several of our meals. All in all, a great getaway!

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better host for our first trip to Lewes! Mike and family, thank you for ALL your wonderful recommendations and prompt replies. We truly felt welcome and cannot wait to return!!!

I had a fantastic stay! I was looking for a place to stay that was walkable to downtown Lewes while I was in town for my sister's graduation. This place hit every mark. The space was extremely clean and well kept, you could tell everything was very new. Overall it was very quiet and peaceful. There was one night when I heard a lot of noise (men talking very loudly) through the door to the common/laundry space but it didn't last long. I highly recommend this location and would love to come back!
