Beach, State Park, unparalleled location. 5 miles from Boyne and Nubs Skiing

Although this is a nice condo, it has nothing but bare essentials. Beds, TV, dishes & cooking essentials. That’s it. Even motels have pictures on the walls! No chairs. Nothing to put a suitcase on. There is nothing welcoming or cozy here. Problems were dealt with quickly & efficiently & the area is beautiful. But the place didn’t even have basic tourist info left for visitors

This property is clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to the Lake Michigan beach. We enjoyed our stay very much.

READ REVIEWS. This place was perfect for what we needed this weekend. A soccer tournament in Petoskey brought us here. We weren't at the house much at all- it was a true landing spot. If that is what you are looking for, this place is perfect. Clean. Basic. Beds are comfy. (Too comfy if you have to be somewhere in the morning :) ...) Basic dishes and salt and pepper provided, as well as soap for sinks, dishwasher and laundry. The futons in the living room are not comfortable, so we were glad we weren't there very much. If you are looking for a place with extra amenities (games, hot tub, comfortable living room to hang out in), this is not your place. If you need an affordable place to crash, this is it. We would stay here again if a similar need arose.

The townhouse was comfortable enough to make ourselves feel at home. The keypad entry was easy to use. The kitchen was clean, with plenty of dishes. The WiFi worked beautifully. Liked have a main floor powder room. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Would rent again if I’m in the area.

Location of this condo is perfect. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to local attractions. As other reviews indicate, condo leaves some to be desired in terms of finishes, furniture and amenities. No dish towels in the kitchen and no hot pads to handle a hot plate so bring your own!

I stayed here with a friend and our two 11 year old boys. This house is right next to the state park where we spent some time on the beach. The house was clean and had what we needed. There was ice left in the freezer, which we appreciated. Both bedrooms are upstairs and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. There isn’t much of a yard to play in if you have young kids.

My wife, two small children and I had a fantastic time staying here. We will definitely be looking to book here again. The location was perfect, close to groceries, brewery, and 9 minutes from the Highlands and Nubs. The property was clean and the hosts were great.

We brought my 84 year old father in law to Petoskey for the color tour and stayed here due to its location, the condo was perfect for our needs and allowed my father in law to have a room and shower to himself while we were there. The condo is well cared for and in excellent condition. A great place to stay

Super location in Petoskey, right outside of the state park. We enjoyed the beach, local shops and ice cream. Took a short drive to Mackinaw City and a trip to the island. Property was very, very clean and we had everything we needed. Host was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend staying here!

Petoskey is one of our favorite places and we love how close the condo is to everything. The state park with its beautiful beach is incredibly close and a great way to spend the afternoon. Condo was clean and had everything we needed during our stay.
