SECOND FLOOR UNIT. This cozy 3 bedroom condo has many upgrades. You will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 Redfern Village & other entertainment. Master has a King, another King in a guest room, Queen in the last guest bedroom, & the living room has a brand new sleeper sofa. Comes w/ new furnishings & reliable wifi. Access to pool, & includes USAGE OF 6 BIKES for an additional fee. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. SEE RULES FOR HIGH PET FEE.

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

NO PETS or ANIMALS - Due to allergies, we have a strict no pet or animal policy. Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

    Condo was really nice. Really taken care of and clean. Located close to alot of good restaurants. Loved going sightseeing and just loafing. Would definitely stay there again. Host was very good at supplying all the information about the house, the area, and good places to eat. Thanks for a great time!!

    There were 5 of us staying; Me, wife, twins that are 16yrs old and our 10yr old. It fit us all great with both boys in one room and my daughter in third room. Plenty of cookware plates etc. a few minor spices in cabinet for cooking our breakfast. We stayed Monday thru Wednesday to visit friends in area before we headed down to Florida for main vacation. Overall great place to stay off the main beach but short drive to public beach and our friends rental. Owner did a great job on communication and Constant updates. Easy check in. No issues. If you need a lower cost place for a few day visit we definitely recommend.

    Beautiful property that fit our family (4 adults/4 children) perfectly! We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the unit was. The property was very quiet and clean. It was also a very short distance to the beach. We had a couple questions when we got there and the owner responded SO QUICKLY. We would love to stay again.
