Stayed Apr 3, 2026Cute little efficiency, perfect for a short stay with a pet. Very close to the beach. Parking right at the door. Clean but carpet is very stained, furniture is worn and a few things could use some maintenance. Overall what you would expect for the price though. Be aware that this is a basement apartment and you can hear everything from the room above. Every time they run the water or walk across the room, ect. Got woke up very early in the morning. But I wanted up to see the sunrise anyway. The kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed, even a dog bowl. Had coffee pot, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, oven. Some ice in the freezer might have been nice, but otherwise everything we needed was there. Unfortunately, there was NO grill. We brought food specifically to cook on the grill and were disappointed. I tried contacting someone but only got automated responses (and then a reminder by text not to have any loud parties and a request to state our purpose for being there) We still had a great weekend with our dog. A lot of dogs were on this public beach! Would recommend for a cheap, pet friendly getaway, but you get what you pay for.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Great place to stay for a couple or small family. Very closely situated to the beach and close to restaurants as well as a short drive to VA beach! No complaints, everything was clean and well kept.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025I cannot recommend staying at this condo to anyone in the future. No matter how conveniently placed in proximity to the beach this unit is the unclean state of the unit and horrible communication from the property manager absolutely ruined my experience of my stay. The unit has a horrible ant problem and the managements solution was to drop off a can of raid by the door for me to take care of it myself. There was never any follow up on the condition of the unit and the state of the ant infestation. I also decided last minute to not bring my pet along for my stay and expressed this to the property manager, and they still have not given a pet fee refund. Absolutely unprofessional and not hospitable in the slightest.
