Stayed Apr 11, 2025Everything about this stay was amazing. The location and the apartment was everything we needed. Such a close proximity to the beach and Seaside Grill. The only issues I did have was that instructions didn’t pull due to the site being down. Could not get a response from the host until the morning of check in with the help of a VRBO agent. After that, everything else was a swift breeze.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024We stayed at the condo for the month of March, and enjoyed every day there. It is located near the beach and close to stores and restaurants. We especially enjoyed walking the boardwalks along the Gulf. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and quiet, with enough space for our adult children and young grandkids to join us for part of our vacation. The pools were perfect for the whole family to enjoy. The property was well maintained, and the employees were helpful and courteous. Horacio kept in touch and answered all of our questions promptly. We recommend this condo.

Stayed Jan 15, 2024We so enjoyed our stay at this property! We had 6 weeks of relaxation and beautiful weather. This property was just perfect for us with a beautiful pool and less than 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool and grounds are meticulously cared for. This two bedroom, two bath unit was spotless and well equipped to meet our needs for a longer stay. Horacio was gracious and very prompt to answer our questions. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future get-a-ways.

Stayed Jun 1, 2023Our experience at the condominium was excellent. Horacio was great. He was quick to answer and asked how everything was going periodically during our stay. The condo was clean, quiet, beautiful, and had everything we needed. It did not have a Murphy bed, but there was an inflatable mattress, which was just fine. Even the pool was great for kids, being no more than 4 ft deep, with security regularly checking on things. The lights at the two pools when off automatically, alerting residents that they were then closed. There are four grills available. The grills, pools, and the property premises were constantly kept in good order by the employees, who were extremely nice. Everything was positive, no negatives. We needed an elevator for my husband, and it was always in perfect working condition, also. If we decide to rent again next year, Horacio’s unit would be the one we would rent. Many thanks, Horacio.

Stayed May 25, 2023The condo is great. Very clean and comfortable. The overall grounds were safe as you needed a code to get into the property and they were in the process of installing an upgraded privacy fence. The condo is conveniently located but just off the main road so you don't need to worry about road noise. You do need to plan to stock up on some basic items normally provided in other VRBOs (detergent, spices for cooking, etc.). I definitely recommend for any family.
