Great location directly on Miramar Beach and included beach setup. Pool was heated which was nice. Was confused a bit as to whether it was 1 bedroom or 2 (title vs description) but it was 1 bedroom with hallway bunks. It worked great. Also enjoyed Jack and Jill bathroom having 2 half bathrooms and shared tub room with laundry. It was clean and nice. Super close to everything you need. Very walkable.

Great place to stay! Windancer is a small community which is fantastic because it isn’t overcrowded! We had the best time!

We enjoyed our stay! Whole process was very easy and the place was very comfortable. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella included in the price. Small issue was communicated to us and resolved. Highly recommend and would rent it again if we come to Florida!

Location is great and bed was comfortable. Clean and responsive management. Place does need a refresh-cracked tiles on floor . As previously reviewed-and I hoped had beed fixed-cookware is unusable so hard to prepare meals. Basic oil and salt and pepper would be a good touch. Beautiful quiet beach and nice property

This was perfect for what we were looking for. The condo is as advertised, great location to the breach and walk able to a few restaurants/shopping. We loved having beach chairs ready for us in the morning. We did not cook much but if you are wanting to cook, the pans are pretty rough. Loved it and would book again!

The location is perfection, easy access to everything you need. The view is incredible. We will definitely come back to this location. Easy access to the beach, dining, shopping and all of the fun. Our particular unit could use some updates, especially with cookware. We always enjoy getting up, catching the sunrise and making breakfast. There are a few minor dings with fridge, no fan while cooking, and seating in living area could be more comfortable. But The convenience and view was just Amazing.

My wife and I had a wonderful week. We had one minor problem, we received communication from the office promptly and the issue was resolved quickly by a personal visit from one of the office employees. The property is a little older, but that is a plus if you like smaller buildings with less noise and distractions. The newer buildings are the huge towers with large crowds and you can get lost in the shuffle with no personal touch. We appreciate the constant communication we received. The only negative is that the beach access has several steps that made it difficult to take my beach cart down to the beach when I wanted to fish. Otherwise, we had a great week.

The condo was perfectly situated, and the condo manager, Real Joy was exceptional to work with.

Had a great week, this will definitely be added to the top of our list for best places to stay when we make our annual trips to Florida from Texas! Loved the view, the location, perfect for our needs.

It is a million dollar view and a great area! BUT the accommodations are in a great need of updating…which makes everything feel grimy…the furniture needs to be replaced…bedding needs to fit the bed…and just get a new mattress instead of putting a cheap bed foam on it….i don’t like posting bad reviews but the truth is the truth.

It was what we expected for the price. The bedroom carpet needs replacing but that didn’t affect our stay. It was nice to be right on the beach and walking distance to the grocery store.

Perfect location, good parking, loved the elevator. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Although the carpet in the bedroom could use a cleaning as well as the upholstery in the living room.

Very convenient location. The property was clean and well stocked. Could use some minor upgrades but would stay there again in the future.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at these condos. Very nice and quiet. Only struggle we had was the gate on and off the beach. It didn’t always want to turn and open and it wasn’t ideal to have to put the code in to go back through the gate to go up to the rooms. The bathroom is definitely on the smaller side and suggest that putting in curved shower curtains and a detachable shower head as to rinse off and such. Overall, we would stay at the property again but try a different room.

Great location. Free beach chairs and umbrella was plus for us. Keurig coffee maker was brought to us and greatly appreciated.
